This yacht brokerage is a loose canon he has spent enormous time and energy attacking all of his competition. he has broken every ethical and legal law and still maintains his innocence. He has been refused membership to any ethical yacht sales organization. STAY AWAY, HE S BAD NEWS

Used Car Salesmen
THESE GUYS ARE UNREAL, CLAIM THEY ARE THE BIGGEST YACHT BROKERS ON THE WEST COAST? I LOOKED THEM UP ON LINE AND COMPARED THEM TO OTHERS IN THE INDUSTRY, WHAT A JOKE ! I WAS APPROACHED BY THEM TO LIST MY BOAT, ESTIMATED $375, 000, FOR 10 % COMMISSION WHICH IS WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD. MEANWHILE MY BUDDY GETS A LETTER/ FLYER FROM THEM ATTACHED TO HIS BOAT OFFERING FAR LESS OF A COMMISSION. I WONDER IF THESE GUYES CURRENT LISTINGS KNOW THEY ARE GETTING SCREWED FOR HIGHER COMMISSIONS THAN THESE GUYS ARE OFFERING TO NEW CUSTOMERS. MY OPINON... THESE GUYS ARE USED CAR SALESMEN...
You are correct, this guy is a crook, a liar and I also heard he got into trouble on the east coast involving under age girls. He has burned every bridge with every yacht broker he has worked for in the puget sound area since he came here when I first met him in 2000. The only reason he has this business is because he tricked a woman with money to bank roll it. He is not to be trusted or done business with.

This complaint is absolutely not true. The complaint was originally written about Emerald Bay Yacht Sales and apparently copied, pasted on here. A sad move .. How do I know, I saw this complaint posted elsewhere on the internet in regards to Emerald Bay Yacht Sales. Now it shows up here
This complaint was filed by a competitor who also created the false forum referred to in this complaint board. He totally controls that forum, manipulates the content and responses, and picks and chooses who is allowed to say what on it.

This complaint is ridiculous. Gig Harbor Yacht sales is member to multiple yachting and business organizations, such as the Northwest Yacht Broker Association as well as the Northwest Marine Trade Association. They are a great group of men and women who helped me in the process of selling their boat and I am incredibly thankful for that.
