Haven't received subscription

I subscribed to Ghost Magazine back in February, 8 months ago, and haven't received anything from them, and my credit card was even charged right after I subscribed. I have sent numerous emails to several different people, and haven't received a reply from any of them. What a waste this turned out to be. Nothing but a ripoff.

I thought I'd follow up, on this complaint. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Florida last month, and just heard from them. They tried contacting the company, but received no response from them.
