Genting Highlands Malaysia Clinic review: Rude female indian doctor 1

This occurred today, August 16, 2015, at 7am. I am an employee here. I did not have any sleep because of sudden shift changes from 4pm to 1am changing to 12pm to 8pm changing to 7am to 3pm in just 4 days. So I went to the clinic earlier than 7am. I asked for a medical certificate so that I can take the day off and rest properly. But the doctor insisted she will not give me a medical certificate. She did not even took my vital signs. I didn't got the chance to explain more and she insisted me to get out. When I tried to explain again, she threaten me that she will call the security. And when I ask for her name, she again shouted at me and told me to get out. The door was open at that time when I asked for her name, so a lot of people in the waiting area heard it. She was very very rude. The resolution for me would be a compensation but that would be selfish, rather I would like her to be terminated from Genting Highlands. It would be also best if one of your representatives here take employee surveys, specially in the casino department. We are being work in full rotational shifts from midnight to morning in just 1 month.
