The Genie Bra Bra

This product (bra) is misrepresented online and on a infomercial shown in Greenville, SC. THIS IS A SCAM. I was a dubious about ordering this product and had a gut feeling that it was a scam. When I received my 6 bras, (ordered 3, get 3 free) I immediately tried one on to see how it fit. The bra had less breast support than my sleeping bra and my bra size is 36 C. The large fit fine, but there ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT ! The company makes their $$ off of the shipping charges! Although all six (6) were mailed in the "SAME PACKAGE" I was charged shipping fee on both of the packages that were inside. The Genie Bra company or Tri Star could package these in ONE package and charge less shipping! I repeat: THIS IS A SCAM !

My friend got an extra 3 bras that didn't fit her daughter so I thought I would try them on. I usually use a med/large, these bras stated they were L-1xlg, I thought for sure they would be too big, boy what a surprise. I could barely get the bra on and had such ugly fat pockets around my arms sticking out, the front band rolled up and there were pads inside which I don't recall them advertising. I told my friend to get her money back.

I placed an order for 6 geni bras size large, but when I received them I find a size large is too small- I need a size large x and I have sent two e-mails to this company explaining my situation. I can not get a response and I called them long distance and was put on hold with no response. there was no packing list with the shipment but I paid $92.00 and some odd cents for them. I am afraid to send the ones I have back because I may not get a replacement of the size I need. this company is a scam and I want to know what can I do go rectify it. Just received my Genie Bras and have to say I'm not happy. The front band is rolling up and it's riding up under my armpits...so sad. I was hoping this would finally be a bra that really fits well. And I bought the correct size, 36D/1X so there's no excuse. Don't waste your money.

As most of the Genie Bra Buyers already know, the product is garbage. I will never wear them because they do not fit as promised. They were expensive as well. Having said that, I was furious when I got a call the other day stating that the company knew it was an inferior product and for fifty dollars they wouild send me the "good" ones. But there would be no shipping and handling charge. They got that when I ordered the first bras, and then some! It was difficult to even understand what the sales person was saying as she is in some other country. Never order these!

The Genie Bra Customer Service does not &serve&

I placed an order for some Genie Bras. Like many other customers have experienced, mine were going to be on backorder. In the meantime, I found some at a local store and decided to make sure that the ones I'd ordered were going to fit (since their sizing is not very easy to determine). I found that I was going to need the next size up. So, since my order hasn't shipped anyway, I called to get it changed in their system. You can't change; you must cancel that order and submit a new one. So I attempted to do that. I have just now placed my THIRD phone call to this company to get my order cancelled. It has still not been done. My original intent was to cancel this order so I could reorder another size. However, if this is the way they treat their customers, I think I'll save the almost $100. I don't care how "comfortable" they say these things are, it's sure now worth this hassle to get them. I have since started reading some review websites of these bras, and I'm even more convinced that I want to cancel my order. I am very dissatisfied with this company and urge others to beware.

The Genie Bra Confirmation call to recieve $50 Walmart Card

I had just completed my order for the Buy 3 get 3 free "Genie Bras" when reviewing the completed order page, I noticed at the bottom of the page in Large Print: Call to Confirm Your Order and Receive a $50 Walmart Card. Thinking I needed to actually call to confirm and thinking "Wow, I could use the $50 Walmart Card, what a great deal" I called. I was then told that I had to sign up for some coupon type of "Trial" offer. I had to repeatedly ask the direct question: "Do you mean if I don't sign up for this "trial" offer, I don't get the Walmart card?" After about 3 times asking, the guy finally said yes. I then read to him what the statement said at the bottom of their ad and it said nothing at all about having to sign up for any "trial" offer to get the Walmart card. I then alerted him to the fact that I was going to report this immediately...the sales rep said a hasty "goodbye" and hung up. Not sure if the bras are what they advertise, and I didn't expect to get anything except for the deal of "buy 3 get 3 free" which in an of itself is a good deal...but this really ticked me off that they're actually using the site as a telemarketer's tool to sell something else. So mad...am I; now wondering if I made a huge mistake trusting this company.

I have ordered the Genie Bra. the first time, for some reason, the order clicked over to a Large size when I KNOW I selected the 1Xsize. I had to return them. The people on the other line were very helpful and friendly to me. I decided to try one more time and ordered the 1X - only to receive them and find that 1X and XL are the same size and they are still too small. So - back they go. My size says I should order 1X but I've ordered 2X to see if that works. If not, I will just send them back and get my money back (Only the $60 that the bras cost, mind you. The postal charges were all on me, but at least I'm paying for someone to keep his job!.) I'm hoping I'll be one of the lucky ones and the third time will be the charm. I'm also lucky in that I don't have large breasts so I don't need much support and of ten go without one in the evening around home, whether I stay indoors or go out.

Basically, I think they should change the size ratings. I'm 44" so I should only need a 1X however, that's just too small for me. If these ones don't fit - they are going back and I'll never order again. Also, I never heard of any :WalMart Deal: so maybe that's good...I don''t need magazines...

Wish I had read this site first. I received a size too small, and had to return them, which they did handle that quickly. But I too was scammed. The bras are horrible for full-breasted women, able to wear them around the house as support, but would never wear them out as they minimize my size. BUT what really makes me mad is the fraud of the stupid magazines and the Walmart cards. I'm getting the magazines at a monthly charge of $30/month coming out of my account, but have yet to see the Walmart cards. Am so angry! Best idea, go to One Hanes Place online, they have Bali bras on sale OFTEN. They even have some in the clearance section. If they have the larger sizes, they DO support and shape you properly. Never going to wander again!

Yes I too received magazines that i was charged for that i did'nt order! When I traced them back to genie bra they were EXTEMELY rude on the phone completely UNPROFESSIONAL!

I live in Canada and ordered my Genie Bras from the website. On their website they have a link to redirect you to 'Official Canadian Genie Bra TM Website'. When I got my order, the bra's were too small, I called customer support to make an exchange to bigger size, just to learn that my order went to some 'MixDirect' company in Canada and Genie Bra US are not responsible for the orders in Canada. I called MixDirect and their customer service is not available due to some technical difficulties. Now what? … I believe Genie and MixDirect are running some scam too. Now what?

Genie Bra's
I purchased these bras with the intention as given by the ad's and tv promotion they were made for full figure ladies. That would mean people with large breast. What a laugh this was when I finally received them. They do not fit or do they support any one that is of larger than a Bcup. What a big laugh when I put one on, even a smaller size family member said this has no support. I find that Genie Bra ad's are false and misleading. No support unless you have small breast or have some good musle's.
Also, the agent stated that I would receive 3-$50 dollar gift card from Wal-Mart with the sign up of 3 different magazine. Good Laugh never received those gift cards, and what fun canceling the magazine. Genie and Wal-Mart must be running some scam.

Genie Bra!
Good laugh if you ar small and need no support for full size lady. The add must have ladies that have been small or surgically altered.
I may be large in the bust size, but according to the add this will help. Good laugh Genie. As for gift card from Wal-mart, another good laught. Asked to sign up for 3 magazine and receive $50 dollars for each magazine. No such luck. Is this Genie Bra's and Wal-mart way to get peoples address? Never again, and I do tell people that Genie Bra's are not for the full busted ladies need.

The Genie Bra no support

I wish that I had of researched this bra before hand. I got caught up in their sales pitch on T.V.. I purchased this bra by calling the 1-800 number and they assured me that if it didn't fit or if I didn't like it that I would get my money back. What they didn't tell me was that by sending the bra back that I would be out the money that it cost to get here. The total of the 6 pack of bra's was $59.99
processing and handling $25.98
Canadian shipping surcharge $12.00
Order total $97.97
Then I had to pay a courier service charge of $30.27
The total price of these bras were $128.24 . I bought them for my daughter, who is large breasted. If they were as good as they said they were, I would not have minded the cost. She said there is no support at all. I tried to call and complain but they don't have a 1-800 for that, so it would have cost me a phone call on top of what I have already been charged. By sending them back I would have lost $68.25 more than the bra's were worth in the first place. The B.B.B. should be aware of this. BEWARE CANADIANS!

Bra. I'm a 2x. Shirt size so I decided to. Order 3 x
Wow this bra seem small I'm a DD cup.even the cup was small
felt like also look like only cover my nipples the cup.

The Genie Bra cheaper on QVC

I bought over the phone after watching the infomercial. By the time they added $12.99 for each set of 3 for shipping, plus $1.99 each bra for modesty pads, my total was $97. I saw on QVC yesterday for $60 for the six, modesty pads included, shipping $6.99. That's about $30 less than I paid!
NO "Contact US" on Genie Bra website, just phone #, which is only available during specific hours, not open Sunday.

The Genie Bra It is nothing like they claim, it is cheap junk!

I ordered the Genie Bra, and received it yesterday. It is nothing but a cheap sports-type bra, and not a good one of those. It is very a weak, stretchy material with no, no, NO support whatsoever. They claim it has this wonderful support and shaping and it has NOTHING of the sort! The models they used had to have implants that stand by themselves, because they claim to be DD size cups, as am I, and they are liars. There is NO support at all, much less shaping. Don't get sucked into their hype like I did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PURCHASE! Get a real bra at a store where you can see what you are getting!

My experience was that I bought the 6 bras for the lower price, THINKING I was ordering from Genie bras company. What I got were 6 bras of the same quality material and manufacturing, but minus the pocket and padding. In the meantime, I bought 5 of someone else's bras, with the pads, from her because she was unhappy with the product. I sent the others back, at my expense, with a 20% restocking fee, just to be done with the company. I lost half my money on the product, but I really thought I was dealing with someone shady, so I just wanted to be done with it. Maybe they were a company who sells knockoffs.
I have to say, I really, really like the product, but I want the padded bras; otherwise, yes, they are nothing more than cheap sports bras. I can't find anywhere on the REAL Genie website to order with the pads. Their Milana line, with the lace cami, is out of stock, and they did not answer the customer who asked if they were going to bring it back. There is nowhere to contact the company by email. When I call customer care, I don't get through. I'm disappointed, because I would buy the product again.

I just watched the ad for these bras, and I was a little sceptical. It seemed to me that the models in the "before" bras were trying to look like they did not fit. The one model had "bulging" under the bra, but she had obviously just not adjusted herself after putting the bra on. I was also wary of the "extra shipping" for the 3 extra bras. After reading these complaints, I am glad I didn't call. The interesting thing is, I found several stores that carry the bras. Bed, Bath and Beyond for example has a package of 2 bras for $19.99. I was thinking of going that route, but again after reading the reviews, I think I will pass.

I totally agree - I am a 40 B and there is absolutely no support whatsoever! They are made of very flimsy, cheap materials. I am from Ontario, Canada and paid an extra $30.20 in shipping and duty charges and now I have to pay to ship them back. On the TV ad they made them look to be something they are not - BUYER BEWARE - these bras are crap.

The Genie Bra REFUND/ORDER CANCEL

I ordered this product on7/16/2011, it was a Satrday. After readig SO MANY documeted complaints and seeing it wuldnt ship until 6 weeks I called to cancel. Customer service said I couldnt cancel, as the order had already began process. I then asked about the payment being taken if shipment is overa month. They said the ""hold" would be for 72 hours and would return until shipment. On July 22 they took payment after this"hold" lasted the entire week. I called my bank and they said the payment appeared on the 22nd after the purchase on the 21st. Notice: I purchased on 7/16. They somehow manipulated the dates with my bank. The bank immediately returned my money and said they would investigate how they changed the purchase date since I had the email I was sent on the date of purchase. Whe I called Genie bra they said the bras were shipping and thats why they removed the money. I asked why was the order sped up, because I questioned the payment? They said I could refuse it upon arrival and I would receive a refund, but not for the shipping. When I told them my bank was investigating, they said I would receve a complete refund, but only after I sent it back. I asked why would you send me something I DONT WANT, told you to cancel, and put me through all of this to get a refund? This is a scam that profits from shipping that is 25.00 and still takes forever to ship a worthless product. If I have reviewed 100 reviews, 98% are horror stories with this company...SCAM SCAM SCAM! Can they be sued? Im down with anyone who can do something.

Don't fall for all their TV ads. The bras offer no support whatsoever but the real rip is its shipping & handling charges are OVER $35! This S&H for maybe 6 oz. of merchandise! When I got to the S & H part of the order form and saw how outrageous the charges were, I backtracked and deleted all my info but no sooner had I done that when I received a confirmation that the order was placed and being shipped that day! They offer no 'customer service' on their site, no way to cancel the order and you can only call a Connecticut number to reach them. Then, when you finally do, they have to assign you an 'R.A.' # which authorizes you to return the merchandise. I immediately informed my bank not to honor the credit card charge but had to wait 2 weeks before they would allow it. I know I will not be refunded the S & H charge or the cost of postage to return the items so I'm out $40+ for something that cost almost $60. They say 'order 3 and get 3 free'--haha. With the S & H, ain't nuttin' free! Stay away from Genie Bras!

I have not receivd my bras I ordered from a commercial that I saw on TV. My credit card has been charged . That was about 6 - 8 weeeks ago. WHY is it taking so long to get them. If I do not receive this order in a few days I WILL DEFINITELY NOt recommend this product to any of my friends or family.

The Genie Bra none

I have read many of these complaints while I was waiting for delivery. AS everyone's experience can be differnt, I would like my chance to "SUPPORT" the Genie Bra (if you get the pun!).
I ordered mine in May, 2011. When I ordered it was on the site that they were now on back-order and would be shipped when they arrived. Mine arrived one day short of the 6 week time span promised! No extra waiting at all--and I live off-shore of Vancouver Island--it can take an extra 2 weeeks to gert things delivered here.
Then the wondeful day was here--MY GENIE BRAS have arrived.

I was so excited I put it on in the truck, while in the ferry line-up (it was too far to walk to the washroom). And I was absolutely thrilled! I have never had a bra that fits so well and stays in place--yes, you read it right--they stay were you put them--all day long. I often forget I am even wearing a bra. I am so used to needing to adjust my bra--sometimes I do it out of habit -- and I am still surprised because it did not need adjustment.
In short--I LOVE MY NEW BRAS! they wash up nicely, come with "nip" pads -- to cover up the headlights in the cold, and they are by far, the MOST COMFORTABLE BRA I HAVE EVER OWNED. I am very glad I ordered 6 as I won't need to order new ones for years.
Some of the complaints I read are about the shipping fees--I have found that most companies selling things on-line use shipping & handling fees to boost their bottom line. It isn't right, but it is common, and if you order things on-line you just get used to it--or is it, get over it!? Especially when a product is as good as this one!

I live in Virginia and I AM NOT A FAKE! I am not paid by anyone and I'm telling the truth. I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free in large. How silly of me. I am a 36DDD so I sent all 6 back FOR FREE, that's right free. I received the large bras in 3 weeks. I received the x-large bras before I bothered to return the larges (probably a month?). I love them. When I am chillin at home or want my breasts to show (my boyfriend loves these bras...lol) I use one bra. To go out anywhere I wear two, it makes sense to me because my breasts are huge and they sag. I can't even tell when I'm wearing two and actually feel better in two. The bras are thin enough that wearing two even in the humid and hot Virginia summers I am still very comfortable. Because of my small frame and huge breasts, I had to pay between $75-$100 for one bra that had underwire, 4 clips to attach in the back, and the horrible sliding straps I always had to adjust. With the Genie bras for the first time since puberty, I forget I'm even wearing a bra or even two. I bought them maybe in 2010? Possibly beginning of 2011? I got all 6 for $69 because they were offering free shipping. They sent a free USPS shipping label to return the larges for free and did not charge me shipping for the x-larges. I ordered them online and went thru 20+ "offers" and declined every single one. They offered Paypal as a payment option so they never had my credit card info. I was called twice with other offers but I threatened to report them and the calls stopped. Their customer service sucked and is in India somewhere but I demanded what I wanted and they gave me what I wanted. Did I mention my boyfriend loves these bras? Cuz he's looking over my shoulder and its not my phone he's reading (he's getting a good look at my chest in one black Genie bra. Ha! Too funny

I think genie bra has a lot of people who write fake compliments about this product like the one above. I have read it other places as well. I had a hard time finding any complaints as the genie bra advertises under a lot of different sites, using a lot of fake people to recommend to others to buy their product, stating how wonderful and awesome this product is. Sad that a company would scam people like this.

They should not be allowed to do business! I will tell the world 'Do not order from Genie Bra' company ever! It is a scam. They make it to where they automatically get 19.98 from every one who orders whether you like or not the bras...and NO REFUND shipping, which was $19.98. You donate this money and get nothing in return for it...it's wrong. I say 'word of mouth' tells the true story and wish I had read ALL these complaints before I placed an order. I called and talked to three different females, all telling me something different, then I wrote them a letter requesting my S/H refund of $19.98, still get nothing. When I sent the bras back, same day I received them, and in the same package it cost less than $2.00 to return them, yet they keep $19.98 for shipping to me. I hope they fall on their face and go broke, they deserve for treating their customers like this.

I ordered the bras from your infomercial and was quite surprised. They were very comfortable except that they were tight. I telelphoned about the size and they issued me the next size. When I got them I didn't realize but you could see through them. I telephoned again and the lady told me to keep them and they would ship new ones with the inserts in them. What a relief when I got them but now I have another problem The cups must be too small because I am hanging over the top of the bras now. What can I do. I was told the size to order when I called, but then found them to be to small and tight around the bustline. I can't seem to get a happy medium. PLEASE HELP ME. Also, it is like wrestling an alligator to get them on. Is there any easy way to get them on. HELP HELP HELP

The Genie Bra Quality & Refund

Ordered merchandise ( Genie Bras) after seeing TV ad on or about the 31st of May, with the assurance that a rebate of $20.00 would cover the exhorbitant $28.95 shipping and handling charges. Unfortunately, the rebate coupon needed the invoice and I had none and had to be submitted long before the bras arrived, thus making the rebate worthless! The bras are terrible, poor quality for the money and the S&H charges are outrageous since the bras are poorly packaged in an envelope that cost no more than $3.00 to mail. I had to return the merchandise at my own expense and when I phoned I was told that my S & H charges were non-refundable. Obviously, this is where this company is making its profits, as I am certain that others have been returning the bras, since the rep had no problem with the return not even asking why. I continue to see the ads on TV and wonder how to get the message out to other women not to waste their time and money on this scam. I have spent at least $35.00 on shipping handling and a trip to the PO and I have no merchandise for it. An average of $35.00 a sale seems a pretty good profit and they can re package the bras and send them out again! Women beware of this scam, Target or Wal-Mart has better quality merchandise and you don't have to pay exhorbitant S&H, even if you order on-line.

With all the money that your children spent for your gift, I hope you are satisfied with the Genie Bra, so far I have only seen one post from a customer who loved them and raved about them. I was disappointed with the quality for the cost. I do hope that you have better luck.

You got off easy. I ordered the buy one get one free and then for $9.00 each I could get three with the lacy trim. I do happen to like them. My problem is that for these 9 bra's I paid $187.90. What you are not going to believe is that they billed me the next day $85.97 twice. I called and the said they would refund the money when I returned them. I had not got them yet and it took several weeks till I did receive them and I returned them the same day I received them and it has been three weeks and I still have not a refund. I was told I would not get a refund for the shipping even though I did not order them. I t looks like I may not get a refund
period. My original order was billed on 5/26/11 the two orders for $85.97 were billed on 6/30/11. It looks like they billed me instead of refunding me. Wish me luck on getting my refund.

The Genie Bra not what they advertise

The Bra doesn't do what they claim. The Band does roll, the straps dig into the shoulder and it makes you look smashed. It is not comfortable.

The bras were so bad my customer was actually giving them away. I delivered them to her. Granted, my customers have given some weird things over the years. But this was my first bra. I had seen the ads and was tempted. Glad I didn't spend the money. They are just overpriced sport bras. The bottom hem rolls up under the breast. And those stupid little pads move around. Even for free, it was aggeravating.

The Genie Bra Ripoff

I submitted this on their website, but they did not post it, so I'm posting here to spread the word. I didn't even get into the point it is an inferior product and does not offer the support for bigger breasted women. Had I known they were made in China, I never would have ordered them. I didn't find that out until after I received the product 7 weeks later.

"Your bras are made in China which I imagine is why it took so long to receive them. China uses slave labor, so I am not a fan of that at all. I also have a problem with the price you charged for shipping, but since I found out they are made in China perhaps that is why you charged so much. Your rep told me they were shipped through the post office, so I could not understand why you would charge so much for shipping. Now, I guess the reason is because it actually came from China.

Plus, one of the bras I received is defective. When they sewed it, they missed a small section on it so there is a gap or hole right by where they should have sewn it into the seam. I am NOT paying 9.99 to return your defective product to you...that is ridiculas. So, I am not all that impressed with your bras like the others have posted on here. Surely, you can find a manufacturer in the US. I will not be ordering from you again until you do make them in the US."

I paid $25.00 for Shipping& Handling, which is an outragous price, PLUS.they dont show you that amount, until AFTER they have your credit-card #
Also, they should state that if one has aging loose skin, it DOES NOT CONTAIN THAT AT ALL! And if one has COPD, forget it :regardless of size, the
band is too tight to breath.
So, be at least honest enough and say in your advertising, that, AFTER a certain age, they dont do "diddlewinks" for one and a good chunk of ones'
monthly, fixed income is GONE ! SHAME ON YOU!Advertising, like yours, should be LIMITED TO THE TRUTH!

The Genie Bra Charges for S/H

First, the quality is not that great. I am better off getting a sports bra at a local Sears or Kmart thus avoiding $26 of shipping and handling for a $60-order. You read it right! Almost 50% of shipping and handling charges. I think it is a big rip-off. Beware of companies like this one.

Second, to order the bras they offer you an 800 number. To get authorization to return the bras, you must pay for the phone call. The number is [protected].

I'M so tried of being taking advance of by the government on down to genie bra. I order my genie bra at the 800 number, I asked what is shipping and handling 12.99 that what she told me, after I ordered. I received my bra's 59.99 shipping 51.96 . I called there customer service( IN INDIA )what a joke. I have let all my friends and the have have told there friends, plus we have told everyone at work. I'm no Thur yea.

I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and receiving the package was not the problem...here was my issue...my credit card was charged for the 60 bucks then 29 something for taxes and postage and handling then another 12 bucks for some buerocrat to suck on and when it came to the door today UPS wanted another 32.03 cheque or credit card which has now made the taxes/postage/handling/shipping and crossing the border fees more than the friggin bras..I just called UPS and told them to return to sender and then Genie Bra, on my own dime as they only have a toll free number for ordering...go figure!and I told them it was on the way back as it was refused upon delivery...jesus people tell us of all the fees involved so we can avoid all the anger/returns and negative postings and not to mention trying to get ourmoney back. Now I was told by customer service my money woul;d go back on my credit card in a couple days after they receive parcel back...let's see. I also informed her that customers should be toldf all fees up front so we could decide if we can actually afford this product..60 bucks as advertised on TV as opposed to 130 when you finally pay everything fue...buyer beware!

I ordered the Genie bras and was told that I would not be paying shipping and handling; that the entire cost of the six (6) bras would be $59.97. When I received them, I was not happy with the bras (no support whatsoever) and called customer service for instructions to return merchandise. I received an e-mail with a merchandise return label attached, which said No Postage Necessary. I returned the bras and received an e-mail advising that the bras had been received. I then received another e-mail advising that my order had been refunded to my Visa card. When I received my credit card statement, only $39.99 had been refunded! I promptly called the customer service # and was told that the shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. The customer service person repeatedly used the word "refunded" even though I kept asking how she could call it a refund if I hadn't paid shipping and handling charges to begin with. She kept repeating her original statement. I told her that I would contact Visa and have them deal with the Genie company. Quite a scam these people have going! They know that their merchandise is substandard and will probably be returned, so they charge an exhorbitant amount for shipping and handling. I will tell everyone woman I know NOT to order Genie bras.

The Genie Bra What a joke!

I ordered the Genie Bras after watching an infomercial (I know I can't believe I fell for an infomercial). I am an RN and have to do a lot of bending over and moving so one of the major problems I have with bras is that either the straps fall off of my shoulders constantly or when I bend over my breasts spill out of the top of the bra and am having to constantly adjust it. I've tried most sports bras but all they do is squish my breasts so tight it gives me the "one boob" look... I am a large breasted woman a full D-DD. I ordered the size XL-1X according to the size chart on the website. XL-1X was supposed to cover a woman who wears a 18W shirt and a 41-46 bust size. Since I am an 18W and my bust size is 42, one would think that this would be the appropriate size. However, upon opening the package, I broke into a full on laugh, assuming they MUST have sent the wrong size as the cup was around size A-B. I couldn't believe when I looked at the tag on the bra and it said 1X. Really? Clearly, the size chart is BS. I did try it on just for the hell of it and of course my breasts were spilling out all over the place, which is what happens when you put a D into a A-B cup... Anyway, the idea was a good one and the bra material seems nice but they seriously need to get their sizing figured out. For 19.95 shipping and handling I won't be mailing back and forth until I get one that fits... So much for wishful thinking... Also of note, it took over 1 month for me to receive the bras.

I absolutely love Genie Bras, although I think they might not be much good if you were bigger than a size 16. I hate bras in general, but I find with the Genie Bra that it's comfy and does not move, supporting well, even during a yoga class

I fell for the infomercial too. Bras just don't fit right and hoped this was my answer. The genie bras were just awful so i sent them back. Geniebra SAID they could not find my return and refused to refund my purchase. I've turned them into the better business bureau and consumer affairs. All I can say is buyer beware...

well just to let you i got one of these bra:s not happy with it was so looking forward to getting one everything was not what it seemed was unhappy that u had put put the padding in and the straps rolled on the should"s so i took it back got my money back yes i didnt get it off tv from walmart but they said it was the same one i really was disapointed very much hopeing one day to really find a good bra that does what they say.

I had the same problem and sent it back twice because I thought they goofed up on the size, not so the next one sent was just as small. I want to know if anybody knows where this company is located so I can turn them into the Better
Business Bur. They keep sending me emails thanking me for the order I just placed and their still using my credit card after calling them twice to tell them I didn't reorder it (its months later) now. These people are a bunch of crooks thats why I want the address if I can get it.

I wish I had read the complaints BEFORE I bought the bras. The commerical was too convincing. The bra was comfortable (just like not wearing one). Of course, that is exactly the same amount of support it provided--NONE. I read from someone else that there was supposed to be a pad which attached inside the bra. My package did say "padded". No such pad exists. There is absolutely nothing to keep you from "nipping" out when it is cold or just beacause that is what breasts do and one reason you wear a bra. I shared my packages of 3 bras with 3 more free with my daughters who are about the same size. My 25 year -old daughter wouldn't even wear hers out of the house because it looked as though she wasn't even wearing a bra.
The marketing department for the genie bra is wonderful and got a lot of us to fall for their lies. The bras are AWEFUL

I called to get info on returning 'them' and the associate said instead of shipping it back to save me shipping cost to give it to a family member, the shipping was 26.00.I sent it back for 5.00 I explained I would not put them in a charity box it was NOT what they advertise and NOT all woman want it ...

The Genie Bra Genie Bras

False advertising. Infomercial states bras work for any size breasts, offers lift and support, SO not true. Fuller breasted women will not receive any lift or support whatsoever. I ordered according to recommended size chart and it took 7 weeks to receive the bras. I received them today via USPS which should have only cost around $5-$6 but was charged $29.99. I immediately wanted to return them after trying one on. Cheaply constructed, no lift or support and product really shouldn't be classified as a bra. I called Customer Service and was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally connected with a women who spoke in broken English and very difficult to understand. I requested a RA # because I wanted to return them and she wanted to convince me to keep them. She told me I just ordered the wrong size and wanted to do an exchange. I had to be extremely firm with my request and after 10 minutes she finally gave me the RA I needed. However, I'm not convinced the shipping address is correct. Unable to locate the address via internet lookup. I'm a little nervous I will not be refunded. Lots of time wasted...waiting for order, checking on shipping status, talking to customer service and now have to ship product back.

I agree. My order took 2 months to receive. I will keep them as they are comfortable, but the formed modesty cups are too small, so I "spill out" around them. Biggest complaint is that my merchandise oreder was for $33, but when I got the bill, they added charge for $52 for shipping and handling. Because I have to sget them in sets I WILL NOT buy any again.

I ordered the genie bra, took 6-7 weeks for it to arrive.It was too small, straps was too thin, no band on bottom of bra several sizes too small.The worst expierence .They also do not have an 800 # for customer service & the customer servive # have a 25-40 min wait Shipping &handling charge 25.98 for a package that weigh less than 2#.package shipped parcel post.I want a full refund of 85.97

Disgusted! This company has NO toll free number...you sit on hold waiting for a non-English speaking person to "assist" you, as you must have a code for returns. After waiting 25 minutes and going through their multitude of useless prompts, I have no return code. I'm simply going to pitch these pieces of s**t (for the record, the commercials are lies). Do not, under any circumstances, do business with this disreputable company. And make sure you continuously check your credit card statement to make sure they do not put on additional charges.

Exactly what is written in the above complain! do no buy these since they are a total ripoff! Quality is poor, padding is bad and all around poor bra for the big breasted gal. What on earth are they thinking? I was suckered in the the infomercial and never again. now I just have suck up the P&H charges of $25.98, could have bought a real bra for that price. Businesses like these should be banned from selling on TV.

Please let me warn anyone who is going to order this product DON"T do it. This is an inferior product and not what was advertised. No support. It rolls up. The padding in the front shifts. This is the worst, product, and customer service I have ever encountered with online ordering. I will NEVER, NEVER order from this company again. I would have done as well by buying a sports bra from some chain store. Again don't waste your money with this product...

The Genie Bra Customer Service

I ordered my Genie Bra in the first part of April and it is late June and still have not got my Genie Bra. I called the company and said it was in back ordered and than got the number of the shipping company. I called to check where my order was and it is still being shipped. I paid over 25.00 for shipping and order charges and found out that I could of got overnight delivery with the weight and state that the genie bra are being shipped for less than 25.00. If I ever get them I hope they are worth it, because if not I am returning and getting my money back and will let every one I know that it is not worth the cost and hassle for the bra.

I agree with every person that has commented on this bra. OMG! I wish in a million years I hadn't ordered these non supportive bras. I got the 3 for free and gave them to my mom. They did nothing for her nor me. You people really need to stop advertising these bras and taking people money. The white genie bra is a color that's crossed between off white and charcoal. And I wash the white bra with whites. I don't want my money back. This has just taught me to NEVER order this type of ### anymore. #lesson learned.

Good Luck trying in getting your money back. I ordered these bras on April 16th and didn't receive them till June 9th. Sent them right back with the courier right away. Still waiting for my refund and also they have given my home phone number out to other customers. Have received 4 calls in the last couple of days. From Washington to B.C.
Customer Service is definetly no help. They just tell me that they don't give out numbers. Well how to people who I don't even know get my number. They had even sent out a e-mail with my number on it for the customer to call for Genie Bra.

The Genie Bra Shoulder straps discomfort

I agree with so many of these complaints, that it takes entirely TOO LONG to receive the product (I'd ordered mine for a vacation and had PLENTY of time to get it), but it came a week and a half after I left for my 3 week trip!
Ok, well, I was excited to try one on and noticed the CHEAP bag/package they came in, well, I knew I was over-charged for the shipping right away, but what can ya do?
I pretty much liked the beige bra I put on for the first 4-6 hours, but then realized the shoulder straps, if you can call them that, were starting to roll. Thus, making a thin, tight strap of fabric going over my shoulders instead of a wider, smoother strap...I kept straightening them out, but to no avail. I've gone on 12 hours almost now, and can't wait to REMOVE THE DARNED BRA! My shoulders are sore and achy. I've never worn a bra that did that to me. The VERY THIN fabric also keeps slipping down on my breasts, I'm fairly large, so I have to keep pulling the sides/straps up...again, never had that problem with a brand new bra. There's no way to adjust as there is no metal or plastic on it. So if it's already not holding shape and rolling then I can't imagine what it'll do in a few months?! DO NOT BUY THIS, and thanks for the number whoever posted it; I'll be calling to return these silly things first thing TOMORROW morning!

Warning: When I placed an order for GenieBras online, they offered a $20.00 rebate. So I clicked on it, put in my credit card number, clicked again, then read the terms which said my card would be charged a monthly fee to get discounts in the mail. Turned out, it was an "affiliated company called TodaysEscapes." There was no identification on the page letting me know that I had left the GenieBra site. I was unable to resolve this issue when I called the GenieBra number. I was given the runaround with 5 different phone calls and got nowhere. since then, I have read on the internet about many others who are being charged fraudulent monthly fees and are unable to reach anyone to stop them.

What a waste of money. I was suckered in by the infomercial. I ordered the bras (which took at least 30 minutes because of the high pressure salesman (yes MAN) trying to sell me all kinds of extras), but didn't receive them for 8 weeks AND it cost me $28 in shipping! The package weighed about 3 oz. To top it all off, I got extra small instead of the size I ordered (1X). Needless to say I'm a big girl, and when I returned (not easy) and got my bigger bras 4 weeks later, they are ridiculous! My boobs bounce, my nips show and I still have bulges where they claimed I wouldn't. DON'T BUY THIS BRA!

The Genie Bra BAD Customer Service & Bad Shipping

After watching an infomercial on the Genie Bra, I placed an order on 4/11/2011. As of this date, 6/7/2011 I still have not received my bra's. I spent around $200 on these bra's now to find out that they are coming through the mail. This obviously cannot be a good thing. I wish I would have read this site before I purchased my bra's. I am real nervous about receiving them, that is, if I ever receive them. I called yester 6/6/2011 to find out the status on my delivery. I received a notice that my bra's were shipped on 5/28/2011. I checked several times my tracking number and streamline kept saying they have no order for me. This was as of 6/6/28 so when I called Genie Bra I got a total run around. I was told that I should receive my bra's in 5 to 7 business days which would be today but I need to wait until Wednesday 6/8/2011 before they would check on anything. I was furious and asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course they were all too busy to talk to me so I left my name and number and was assured they would call me back within an hour. Guess what? NO call back. So today, Tuesday 6/7/2011 I still did not receive my bra's so I made another call and yep, got the run around yet once again. Now I was told that it is either 5 to 7 business days or it could be 5 to 10 business days before I rceive them. My tracking finally came up and guess what, streamline just received my bra's from Genie bra and now they have to get it to the Post Office (of all places, for the shipping I would have figured it would have been UPS at least) and I could expect them on or possibly before 6/14/2011. This is totally unacceptable to I asked once again for a supervisor and was told there was a supervisor available to take my call right now after I complained no one returned my last call. Guess what, she transfered to me the supervisor and my call went directly to voice mail. I am going to contact the BBB (Better, Business Bureau) regarding this company. May I suggest everyone who writes on this complaint board do the same and if you have not ordered from this company ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Good Luck to All.

I have purchased four genie bra's and had to return them back to Walmart. You can't go by the size chart on the back of the box. Usually I wear an XL shirt...well, the 1X was tight and my boobs fell out the sides...I'm average..about 38-40 B/C. The box comes with a nude and black color and every time the black bra is tighter than the nude. I thought I found the perfect bra with support and wouldn't slide down my shoulders, but I was wrong. This bra pushes my boobs flat..who wants that? The ad is very misleading and as I read the other reviews..paying over $50 for the Genie Bra is insane!

I defenitely agree with all the complaints on here about this company. I believe they are misleading very and in some context out & out just lying about there product. The infomercial makes claims that the bra's can't stand up to. They claim to hold in all bulges and even out all puckers and give you a supportive lift. Thats a complete lie ! It was 6wks before I finally got my bra's and when I tried them on I was so very disappointed for one I had just spent $89.00 for 3 get 3 just pay for S&H - which was an ungodly price - then I found out they were coming from China and that really made me mad! So bottom line here I wouldn't order anything from this company EVER again ! Terrible business.

I am so glad that I saw this thread before I bought this product. The TV ads show this product on a woman my size, 38 DD and she looked supported and smooth. I guess this is yet another too good to be true item shown in an informercial that they dare not let you actually see anywhere before you purchase it.
