General Motors 2015 gmc sierra 1500

Multiple issues with truck purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 on June of 2015 at Quality GMC by DiLorenzo in Albuquerque, NM since my purchase I have noticed a vibration in my truck also erratic shifting in transmission and stalling when coming to a stop the dealership refuses to acknowledge any issue with the truck as well as General Motors truck has been in the shop for these issues more than half a dozen times and all I get from them is could not duplicate the problem truck is running to GM specs this is the kind of service I get for paying $54000.00 for a truck I guess I'm just the little guy why should the dealership or General motors waste there time trying to figure out my issue since they already have my money this is the kind if service that hurts a business and drives the consumer to buy other brands or buy from other dealerships

General Motors 2008 chevrolet silverado 2500 ltz 4x4 dash crack

My 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 LTZ 4X4 has 60, 000 miles on it and is in excellent condition except for one MAJOR issue. The top of the dash above the speedometer area has a 7" crack and is a safety issue.

I have done research and noticed that this is a very common problem that GM has not a current campaign yet.

I am requesting GM repair or replace my dash.

General Motors buick encore

I have a 2014 Buick Encore that I love, except for the brakes. Since day one they have made a loud noise when applied, it started when it was wet outside but now it is almost all the time. I have had it into the dealership several times, each time they say Buick knows about the problem but have done nothing about it so far.
How long do I have to wait for it to be repaired?

General Motors 2016 traverse

We have XM radio in our new Traverse. This is our 2nd Traverse in 6 yrs as we love it. This time tho our XM radio cuts in and out but only in the Kansas Ciry Suburban area. And only the Escape Station which is the one we listen to the most. We are curious if any other customers in the KC area have complained about this. We did not have this issue with our 2010 Traverse. Do you think this is our radio or possibly a satellite problem? Any help you can give us would be appreciated. Thank you!

General Motors 2015 chevy equinox

I bought my 2015 Chevy Equinox brand new. I have only used non ethanol fuel in it since purchased. It has 47778 miles and the fuel pump went out and is not covered by the warranty. I find it very hard to believe that the fuel pumps do not last longer than this considering the amount you have to pay when you purchase a new one. I think this should be warranted considering the amount of miles on my vehicle.

General Motors headaches and sick feeling

We purchased a 2015 Tahoe LT in March of this year. Within a couple months I had gone to the Dr. Complaining of headaches, ear pressure and feeling sick. This happened several times and only when I'm driving my Tahoe. As I started researching I found an article showing how many others are having the same issues. When I try talking on my phone through speaker everyone says it sounds like I'm in a wind tunnel. I am very upset because I love my Tahoe, but can't handle the way it makes me feel. I make huge monthly payments to drive this vehicle and have something nice. I would like some sort of solution to this problem or to get into another vehicle that doesn't have this issue. I will be posting my comments to social media and with the better business bureau.

General Motors service complaint edw. schwarz, honesdale pa 18431

We have taken our truck to Schwarz for service since we purchase new. We have had 2 issues where the truck was taken in for service and the dealer did not fix the issue and we had to bring back in. 1st happened a few years ago, we were without the truck for several days while they fixed an issue with the diesel additive. The truck had locked down and would not go over 45 mph. When the dealer gave us the truck back, it wasn't fixed and had to go back in. Two days ago, we took the truck in for a full service and inspection. The engine light was on. They completely ignored it. We now are expected to make yet another appointment so they can see what the problem is.

How does a dealer NOT see what the engine light issue is.

General Motors 2015 tahoe warranty

Took my 2015 Tahoe into Lou Fusz GMC dealer to get my free oil change. They said the couldn't do it because it was 486 miles over. We couldn't read the sticker for the next oil change as it was smudged. The warning signal went off while I was on my way to Texas so I took it in right after we returned to Missouri. I know I won't get any satisfaction from this but I think that is a cheap way to treat your customers which I have been for over 30 years! Don't offer it if you're not going to give it to me.

General Motors lies ripoffs horrible customer service

i bought my car at the end of June with the condition that a couple of things got fixed back tires replaced, a second key and also there was some vibration coming from the brakes. Also check if the car had remote start because the sales guys supposedly didn't know when purchasing the car I bought every extended warranty and maintence package to go with it. So my first service experience was right after I bought the car and the sales guy told me to call service to set up the appointment to fix the agreed upon things. it took me over a week just to make this appointment to where I finally had to threaten to return the car. then once it was in it took almost a week to do the two things that need to be done and when I picked my car up the tires were changed and they did not touch the brakes claiming they did not feel anything wrong. So I took it back over to sales and the sales manager drove the car and felt the problem bringing it back to service and forcing them to fix it which took another 3 days . when picking up the car for the second time I asked the service manager to look in to the remote start because my key fob had the remote start button . He said no problem wrote down the vin and went to check came back and said that it was not an option for my car. couple of weeks later I finally got my second key that was promised for the heck of it I tried the remote start and low and behold my car started ... it worked a couple times and then stopped so I brought it in and explain what happened and that the service manager had lied to me and that my car really did have remote start and I wanted it fix .. the service advisor called me couple hours later and said they figured it out and ordered the part to fix it and would call me when it came in so I went and picked up my car and they said my car was good to go . my husband later read the write up that they left in the car that my battery was going nobody there said anything to me two weeks later no call so finally called back... service manager said oh yea it came in the other day I can make you an appointment for a week and a half out so I waited brought my car in and it took them two days when I had an appointment still said nothing about my battery . well the next day my car is dead so I jump start it and bring it back and well all my warranties and maintance they want me to pay for a battery I just bought a certified pre own I should not have to replace a battery 3 months later I am so fed up with this service center and I don't know what to do I just want to yell keep the car I have never had such I bad customer service experience in my life.

General Motors 2014 chevy 1500 sliverodo truck

I recived a safty recall in the mail about the left seat belt in front would not work in a accendent. the parts where on bck order . well my truck was brod side and was a loss . the seat belt did not work and I got hrut back right knee and now somting in my neack. I can not get any one to help me . plus therewas things wrong with this truck as soons as I bgought it homecrest chevy keep three time for wrnety work for a week or more. I do not think I m will buy another chevy truck.at the accendent I do not know about the chevy slogan but the truck came apert all over the road. I never saw a truck pop apart like that one did getting hit but a hond car.

General Motors 2016 corvette stingray coupe

Purchased a new corvette in June of the year with the intentions of tracking the car. I traded a 2015 Camaro ss that i also tracked. I tracked the corvette a couple of weeks ago and on the second session the driver info center started chiming and it said to idle car that the transmission was overheating so I limped it in and parked. Come to find out there is a problem with the corvette automatic transmissions overheating and GM is washing their hands stating that if its tracked then it voids warranty. GM knew about the trans problem but didn't tell its dealers or salespersons to notify new corvette buyers of the problem. If I would have known about the trans problem I would not have bought the car. I believe it is their duty to release the information to potential buyer so they do not end up in the same situation. I would like a car that I can track and hope GM will step up and do the right thing. Take car back and give me one that I can track. Rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana, Ca is where the car was purchased.

General Motors special warranty not covered

10/17/2016 Charlene Sr Adviser with GM will not honor the special warranty with my 2007 Saturn Sky. First this should have been a recall! I guess there way of saving money. But because my car is 6 months out of date they won't cover is . It is 41, 000 miles under on the warranty. so since I don't drive my car every day I am screwed. I would be happy if they covered the part only. Or paid for half of the bill. They knew this part was faulty. But most people don't drive this type of car everyday. Which they knew. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. They know that they could do a Goodwill coverage on the car, it is done all the time.

General Motors vehicle that I have almost died in twice my son and I (no help from gm)

I am very dissatisfied with what i was offered by GM (slap in the face). Myself and my 3 year old son almost lost our lives on the highway driving my 2012 Chevrolet cruze and MARY from the resolutions department has the audacity to call me and offer me a $1500 OLC towards a new vehicle. This is unacceptable the first time that this vehicle shut down in the middle of the highway on me i did not purse this. Now that it has been my life at risk in counting now twice and my sons once this is a problem. When calling back Manager Mary of the GM's Business resolutions center says to me that is all GM is will to offer me. At this point i do not feel safe in this care and it is obviously a matter of time before I my son or both of us lose our lives and GM does not seem to be phased by it at all. Until its a bigger law suite and with my family filing a wrongful death suite. I asked for what i think was most reasonable in this situation. To be reimbursed for what i have already put into this vehicle, to be placed in a safe vehicle and it obvious that is too much for them to consider. (MARY is a JOKE) when called her back before reaching out to my lawyer. She claimed that she was the manager and that she is the only one that can handle my case.
I will continue my road to the suite against GM for negligence and possible Lemon and i will ensure that i get this recognized since GM clearly can care less about the safety of customers who purchase their vehicles.

General Motors 2015 silverado

bought w/12500 miles from dealer, drove 3000 miles, notice shudder/vibration at all speeds, trans sluggish, rough idle, engine whine, dealer says cant feel anything, all specs normal, without any codes cant do anything.very dissatisfied w/explanation, much info. out there on these issues but they claim to not know about this. typical runaround. you would think spending 30+ grand would get more service.very inconsiderate, unprofessional. unhappy driving truck like this, am considering changing brands.!

General Motors 2016 chevrolet malibu

The A/C in the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu that I leased on 5/17/16 (3575 miles) quit working on 9/5/16. It went in for repairs today and it was discovered that rodents had eaten through the wiring causing the A/C to stop working. The service guy at the dealer admitted to me that this was the 3rd car he'd seen this week with this problem. GM manufactured my car with a vegetable oil based wiring that attracts rodents and is refusing to reimburse me the $261 repair bill because it's an "environmental" issue and not a defect. In addition, because GM currently does not have a non-vegetable oil based wire, they replaced it with the same damn wiring! I was told that they have no control over whether I live in a rural area or not (I live 2 blocks from downtown) and that since not everyone who owns my car has this issue, that it's not their responsibility. Google this issue and you will see thousands of complaints nationwide regarding all makes and models (Honda is being sued for this very reason). GM manufactured my vehicle with edible parts! They even had the nerve to suggest that I put moth balls under my hood to help keep the rodents away. If you have a 2016 vehicle, be forewarned, you could be next! Where are all the class action lawyers when you need one? GM needs to stand behind their product. This is unacceptable!

General Motors 2011 chevy aveo

I bought a used Chevy Aveo on 10/31/2015 from a dealer. Being that it was October, I did not check to make sure that the ac worked in the car. Needless to say, come summer time in 2016 in North Carolina, I cut the ac on and got nothing but hot air. I took the car back to the dealer and they did me a" favor" by installing a new condenser. One week later the air stopped working yet again and I cannot get it fixed by the dealer because it is not covered by the warranty. GM is well aware of the ac problems in the Chevy Aveo, yet they will not fix the problem. All I want is for GM to acknowledge that there is a problem with the ac unit in the Aveo and to offer to fix the problem at their expense. So much for buying American.

General Motors hdm recall

This situation is ridiculous. Let me first state the I except partial blame for not taking my car in as soon as I received a recall notice. When my low beam lights went out I took my car to John Bear to have the HDM recall addressed. I picked up my car after the recall work was done and went into work for night shift. Leaving work the next day I found I had no low beam headlights and now no dash lights. Took it back to John Bear were I was informed that both my low beam headlights had burnt out at the exact same time(?) and that had nothing to do with the recall(?). I've dealt with a service rep at Buick(Sheri) that I must apologize to for letting my frustration get the better of me. I was charged $373.40 for two installed low beam headlights(?). In my mind and 3 or 4 mechanics I have spoken with this is excessive and should have either been tied to the recall or the original work performed at the dealership. Yet no one is taking responsibility.

General Motors low beam headlights

After purchasing the 2009 Pontiac G6 4cyl brand new I have had to change out my Low Beam bulbs every 6 months. I have never had to change bulbs this often in any other car I have owned. I see that there may be a overheat problem for the harness which is causing this. This should be considered a factory defect and be fixed. I hope it never overheats and cause a fire that may injure someone. GM better get their act together and start standing by their cars.

General Motors 2008 pontiac g5

On July 11, 2016 the fuel pump in my son's '08 Pontiac G5 went, had it towed to the nearest GM dealer for repairs. He was given an estimate of around $800 for the parts and labor. Two days later he received a call from the mechanic saying he needed another part that goes with the fuel pump. He said it is a Fuel Tank Valve Kit, which he said would be an additioal $400. He said the part was only used on this year and model car and the part is not available, it is on backorder. It has been over a month and still no part. The car sits in the repair shop. Have contacted GM customer service and still no satisfaction. My son bought the car 3 years ago and is still making payments and paying insurance. He had to borrow a car so he can go to work to pay for a car he can't drive. He inquired about a loaner from the dealer and was told they can'take because the car is out of warranty. GM should have to do something, since they can'take fix the car. Lost all confidence in GM products.

General Motors unethical behavior

I leased a brand new 2016 Chevy silver ado ltz 1500 in may of this year. The truck has been brought back to the dealer no less than 4 times to correct the same safety issue. The issue is the vehicle will dramatically loose power at any given time at any given speed. The dealer (Quirk Chevrolet of Braintree) has attempted to repair this failure on 4 occasions. The violent way in which the truck looses function creates a dangerous opportunity for an accident. I was nearly ran into 3 times. Once in a tunnel during a major traffic, Once while going through a green light and finally it occurred while exiting a down ramp from on a major highway. The vehicle will go from 60 mph down to 5 mph in an instant Without any warning I understand cars have problems now and then but this is a chronic situation that will occur without warning. I feel as though I am driving a time bomb. The dealer has failed to correct this issue. I have asked the dealership to accept this truck back and replacing it with another of equal value less the depreciation criteria. I feel I am being most fair in this request. The truck more than exceeds the lemon law statute in her Massachusetts. My confidence in the accuracy of the repair is zero . mainly because the dealer has made 4 attempts already . I feel I am putting me and my family at great risk.Not to mention the other vehicles on the road. I have been a loyal GM customer my entire life, I have purchased no less than 6 vehicles from GM over the years. I have never encountered a dealership as rude as QUIRK of braintree. The one comment that actually caused the most concern to me was a sales manager saying to me .That I either take the truck or walk he didn't care which. There were three salesmen standing at the time he said this remark to me . I am very concerned by the way I have been treated so far. All I am asking for is what I paid for. A safe vehicle. I would prefer not to involve any legal action but I may be forced to do so. I expect an answer regarding my complaint. I am most certain the court of public opinion would be interested in your response
