The installer made a sharp turn as he backed out of the driveway and collided with my parked BMW 650 Ci that was on the street in front of my home at least 5 feet away from the driveway. I was out of town on the day this occured. Their office called me to collect the installation balance due via credit card without mentioning the accident. When I returned into town 4 days later, I saw their card admitting to the accident.

Over a week has passed without them compensating me for the damage. I now have to deal with their insurance company which has taken my time and caused additional delays. They have not yet accepted responsibility for the loss of value of my car. The BMW 650 Ci is an expensive car - having a paint touch-up done, even if it is done perfectly, results in a loss of value of nearly $3, 000. Having kept the car in perfect condition for 2 years, I am extremely frustrated at having the car damaged while it was parked on the street outside my house.
