I strongly recommend that no one should ever use this fraudulent service provider. On November 6th, 2007 I ordered an account from them and for almost a month I was promised it would be 'started' in a few days. Finally, after weeks of waiting, I asked for a refund. The company decided that sending me a coupon would be a good substitute. Why would you ever want a coupon for something that could never be delivered on. I asked for a refund again then, which was ignored, then went through Paypal and reported them. This was not successful!

Beware people!

We just noticed your post recently, so we went back to our logs to see if the issue was resolved. Based on the information, your M4P orders were delayed for security purposes. What this means is that instead of leveling 24/7, we were forced to level 8 hours a day so your accounts would not be damaged by blizzard. Please note gamepal offers a 100% guarantee that all M4P orders are completed, however the time estimated on the website is only an estimation. We informed you of the delays, and offered an exchange if the accounts were due on Christmas.

It looks like your issue has been resolved though, and if you do have any questions, feel free to get back with us.

These guys are a complete fluke. I placed an order on their website and went into Live Chat requesting to get verified as their FAQ instructs. I was told that if I do not receive information within 20 minutes I should receive it in the next 24 hours. After a day of waiting I went into Live Chat again and was told by the very same person that it takes between 2 and 48 hours to receive anything, any time in between 2 and 48 hours I should receive information. Suffice to say, I waited 48+ hours and nothing. Not even "We have a problem with your order so delivery will be delayed". I went into Live Chat again and was told that they cannot help me at all with the issue and I should email their support. I emailed them a week ago and have yet to receive any information.

There is no phone number to contact them at, their Live Chat support is pretty much useless, and their support team doesn't think it necessary to communicate with customer. My friend went with different company, got information delivered to him within 20 seconds of placing an order. I have been waiting for 10 days now without as much as a peep from the GameWar.com in regards to my order.

Needless to say they were swift and very fast to take money out of my PayPal account, but I keep hitting the wall trying to communicate with them or find anything pertaining to my order. I was just in Live Chat again trying to communicate with one of the people who can help me with the order, but the person told me they have no access to the information.

The way I see it, they are nothing but a complete bunch of liars. Their FAQ is completely inaccurate. I am first time customer and I regret not paying even double price for the deliverable with someone else. At least I would have it delivered. I sent them another email and if they do not reply or communicate with me, I will make sure to take any and all actions necessary to get my money back.

We are hard working people, money doesn't fall out of the skies for us. If they cannot appreciate their customer enough to send an email and say "We are working on your order" they do not deserve to be in the business. I understand implications and risks involved with MMORPG goods, but that does not justify keeping the customers in the dark about their money.

My recommendation is to go elsewhere and make purchase or trade. If you value your money and want to be spared needless headaches and frustration that is.

I've just recently ordered from these guys and I am now 100% certain i've been scammed out of my $155.
I haven't received an email from them in over a week. I can't access their live chat because it is ALWAYS down.
I've attempted to contact them via their liva support for 5 days now.

DO NOT USE THE SITE www.gamewar.com THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I also paid for a Made 4 play account from these people and because I never heard anything back from them for a long time I started a dispute with Paypal, this dispute was not resolved and I tried numerous times to get a refund back from these people at approx $500. I was not given any refund and basically these people have stolen money from myself and never gave me anything in return. I have tried contacting them on numerous times either by e-mail or by live chat and you don't get any information from them.

PLEASE KEEP CLEAR OF THIS WEB SITE.

This is one of the owrst companies i have ever dealt with!!!
first the cart failed lost my transaction
then the account i bought was already sold
then they gave me cd keys and never heard back from them

Gamewar is the worst company i have ever worked with! i ordered an account from them which i was told about a week or two later that it actually didnt exist... It has been about 4 months and yet i still have not recieved a refund.. they pretty much just stole $200.00 from me!
