Well where to start. i suppose when you do online transactions you increase the risk of being stung 10fold. but doesnt mean you stand for it when u get stung.
i purchased an account of warcraftloot.com which is linked to gamepal and gamewar + numerous other companys they try to hide behind. this account was for $300. which all i had to do for them to take this money was fill out a very quick form. they told me 24 hours - 48 hours and then 72 hours. well no account after live chat seems to have closed down i sent numerous emails with standard replies i eventually got an email stating there is a mistake with my account and i have a coupon for $300. well im sorry but if one account i bought which is on at least 5 sites has problems why not everyother account, it seems youll be lucky to find an account not already bought or claimed back
just today i got through to live chat and after investigating the company tried many lies to get results and heres the convo

now u dont get a chance to respond but i feel my message was put across, i have a very strong suspicion that these live help staff are not 3rd party and are infact trained to respond in a dumn " i know nothing" kind of manner delaying the process.
couple of things ...
heard nothing back of course but also opened a dispute with paypal.
now for anyone out there with same problem they will try and state that if you end dispute they will resolve issue, DO NOT DO THIS. they are in the wrong and if you end dispute it cannot be re-opened. its another delaying tactic.
they should give you the product you paid for then that will end the dispute. !!
anyone from the above company reading this you can not tarnish your name anymore by seriously sorting my issue out and showing people you are legit. untill then ^^ this wont stop and will continue to post one of these weekly untill everyone searching your company name will come across these posts. and thats ontop of the legal paperwork ill bury your company in,
