Well where to start. i suppose when you do online transactions you increase the risk of being stung 10fold. but doesnt mean you stand for it when u get stung.

i purchased an account of warcraftloot.com which is linked to gamepal and gamewar + numerous other companys they try to hide behind. this account was for $300. which all i had to do for them to take this money was fill out a very quick form. they told me 24 hours - 48 hours and then 72 hours. well no account after live chat seems to have closed down i sent numerous emails with standard replies i eventually got an email stating there is a mistake with my account and i have a coupon for $300. well im sorry but if one account i bought which is on at least 5 sites has problems why not everyother account, it seems youll be lucky to find an account not already bought or claimed back

just today i got through to live chat and after investigating the company tried many lies to get results and heres the convo

now u dont get a chance to respond but i feel my message was put across, i have a very strong suspicion that these live help staff are not 3rd party and are infact trained to respond in a dumn " i know nothing" kind of manner delaying the process.

couple of things ...

heard nothing back of course but also opened a dispute with paypal.

now for anyone out there with same problem they will try and state that if you end dispute they will resolve issue, DO NOT DO THIS. they are in the wrong and if you end dispute it cannot be re-opened. its another delaying tactic.

they should give you the product you paid for then that will end the dispute. !!

anyone from the above company reading this you can not tarnish your name anymore by seriously sorting my issue out and showing people you are legit. untill then ^^ this wont stop and will continue to post one of these weekly untill everyone searching your company name will come across these posts. and thats ontop of the legal paperwork ill bury your company in,

Agree with Warcraftloot.net as fraudulent. i am putting together a formal complaint to BBB to begin with, and if indeed they are based in china then will continue further as needed. Has anyone been able to aquire some sort of contact information other than the bogus account.net emails? lookin for a phone number to company headquarters or even names of people who own the company, etc? Any info would be appreciated.

Never had problems with warcraftloot. Great site, I recommend them highly.

Just look at their options, and the site itself. Customer service is american.

Mengal didn't do any research just posted, has no order number, just competition I bet (happens to my biz as well)

My number is 122942, so their is the proof.

No complaints here, highly recommend.

I have one thing to say - you people are moronic pessimists. I've ordered from the site several times now, not a single problem. And with the new services added there's extra reason TO order from them. Complete packages, information and transfer setups. Duh? Security?

What I find funny is every whining Nancy out there that comes on these sites and screams 'China! Fraud!' never mention they don't even wait the expected clearance time on their orders and file disputes. OF COURSE YOU WON'T GET YOUR ACCOUNT RIGHT AWAY YOU IDIOTS. YOU'RE TRYING TO TAKE THE MONEY BACK. What fucking moron buys something, disputes it and still expects to receive a purchased item? No one. You're morons.

And as for the China thing... that's a laugh. Talk to any person on live chat, American. Verification calls? American. Gee, one plus one equals two. They're born and bred US-of-A people. There's no fucking locations in China.

Perhaps some of you people need to read up on standard business practices, fully read FAQ's and LISTEN to what the reps have to say because they will spell it out for you if you're that illiterate.

You guys are insane. This is the best company in the MMO community period. Go deal with some of those chinese companies, you'll either 1). have your account banned 2). won't understand if they are saying yes or no. 3). you'll NEVER get anything from them, their guarantees are bogus.

There are a few USA companies left in the MMO community, and this is one I will defend since they have been awesome for two years on all my orders!

There was a wave of stolen accounts months back, and guess where people did business on?--MSN Messenger. Hundreds were stolen right from under them and posing as places like Gamepal. If you don't physically go to those sites, they don't contact you because gee, they don't know you want to sell or buy something.

Common Sense, people. Common Sense. You were gifted with a brain - use it.

I worked for them and got scammed, who says that they wont screw you. The Live Chat crew cannot help they are only there to be scapegoats. Eric is the theif, and he is running many of the sites people do WoW account trades through. Stop using this service unless you want to give away money.

That's funny an ex-employee posted and said he got scammed. What a BS post, which most of these are. I have 4 order numbers 93840, 102932, 105392, 124923. All went well with this company and frankly sites like complaintsboard are promoting false reports.

Oh, its BS eh. Well im glad you didnt get scammed on your 102932: 600 Gold - World of Warcraft (US) - Eldre'Thalas - Alliance for 86.99, or your 105392: 50 000 000 Influence - City of Heroes - Pinnacle for 62.40 or your 124923 which did not come up and all GP order id#'s are six digits anyways. Its easy not to get scammed on currency since it is not done through them anyways but is outsorced over seas. Keep up your faith with gamepal, theres only so many times you can walk over a bridge before it falls down. If anyone else doesnt believe me, post your order id's here and i will look them up for you and tell you why you will not get your account or money if you sold to them. The owner keeps the information for your accounts and reclaims them after delivery and blames it on original owners, then takes them to court over it. Check the other complaints.
BTW eric i still want my money.

I agree with the original poster, they are nothing but scammers.
I sold them my Eve online account and about a month later, they reversed payment through paypal
They ignore all emails and the live chat is no help either (I got the "My supervisor will get back to you asap!"), but of course, never did.
