Gameloft unfair customer service decision

Gameloft customer service team were dealing with my purchase made on 14th August of £2.99 for 120 gems on the My Little Pony Game. The money was taken and I received my receipt but my game crashed before my gems and VIP points were delivered to my game.

The customer service team sent me my missing gems on 15th August but forgot the VIP points. They contacted me yesterday 16th August to say they had been sent but when I opened the game there was a ban notification for suspicious activity on my account.

If this is how they treat their paying customers I am truly appalled. I had been using the gems I'd bought to complete a time limited even and was making old progress.

Calling me a cheat is slanderous! I am deeply saddened and hurt that they are treating me this way. I have been playing the game for years and spending money on IAP. I had made this purchase to level me up to 7 on VIP points and then I wasn't going to be spending any more real money as my husband thinks it is a waste of money.

I can't believe they have banned me for suspicious activity when it is due to their own customer service agents giving me the items I had purchased which they forgot to credit. I will have missed the progress in my game and the time limited event now and just wasted my money and time.

Gameloft dungeon hunter 5

They made an update on the game which is the Summer Event and this made my game unplayable for 1 day that is last July 27, 2017. When I open the game last July 28 my account was missing and it loads a different game data which is binded from different game account. I contacted the Customer Service that day and follow up an email for three consecutive days but nothing happens. The Customer Service did not even bother to reply. I spent real money on that game and I was already on VIP5 level140 on and that account. I demand a refund on that. Before they also reset my game data on my different game account binded on my different gmail account but nothing happens. I suspect that people/agents on the customer service of gameloft steals game data account from other players and they use that using game cheats.

Hello, I will like to unsubscribe from this list because I realise when my daughter uses her Samsung tab 4 to play games, , she's been using the ones that's not free, so your company has been charging my account since may and I didn't realise until I got my bank statement which a lot of money had been taking out of my account and I'm not aware of it...
I am asking your company if the money taken out can be reverted back into my account,

Gameloft blitz brigade

Keep receiving bans because of suspicious activity. I have been playing this game for many years and its a disappointment to see that Gameloft is unwilling to help me. I received one 7 day ban, shortly following a 14 day ban, for no absolute reason. I contacted their customer service both by phone and email, and both are telling me they can't state the reason of the ban, which I'm fine with, but the are refusing to tell me how to stop this issue from occurring again. I just want to be able to play the game again with no issues or ever receive a permanent ban.

Gameloft asphalt 8 progress rolled back by the customer care agent

A mail came from one of gameloft customer care agent named "Radostin" into my gmail account saying that my progress was set back to 23rd april 2017 but that didn't happen. Instead of it, my progress was rolled back to november 2016. Due to this i lost my mclaren mp4 31 car, and lotus evora progress in R&D event.Not only that, i loose a lot of tokens and credits too. I tried to contact him numbers of time mailing him but didn't get any response. Then I again contact getting the another ticket id but didn't get any help yet. That's why i am again writing this complaint to get my progress linked with my fb account on 24th april 2017...

Gameloft asphalt 8 airborne

I wish to make a complaint about gamelofts dreadfull customer service... I had to change devices due to the previous device dying on me.. I contacted their customer services stating I had to get a new device and if it was possible data could be transferred between accounts... they said it can only be transferred on the same operating system and user/account name... I replied test this was true on both occasions and they suggested I try the restore purchases option, I tried that and got failed messages

Gameloft minion rush

They have a complicated customer service process which makes it very difficult to get in touch with them. Even after you manage to get a hold of someone, they do not help you at all. My son's game account was banned because they claimed "suspicious activity." My three-year old plays the game, what suspicious activity could he have done? He's not a software hacker, he can't even write his own name. Worst off when I asked what he did they wouldn't even tell me. They claimed it was confidential information. Since when are my son's actions confidential? I just wanted to know so that I could tell him not to do that anymore. So now he can't play the game, they won't tell me what he did, and they refuse to correct it. It's a children's game, it's not like they have access to a ton of private consumer information. Not to mention, no three-year old, much less my three-year old, is capable of doing any of the things that get you banned, like hacking, abusing the software, or stealing information. It has been frustrating and they refuse to resolve the issue. After looking online, it appears a lot of people have had this same problem.

Gameloft asphalt 8

Im getting really annoyed with the bugs in the android version of asphalt 8 as they are costing me time and credit (paid for)
These bugs appear to be purposefully left in the game to cost players their hard earned money and line the pockets of Gameloft (aka greedloft)
Bugs ive found:
1) car upgrade transactions fail but STILL TAKES YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
2) After you have finished a race, the results sometimes refuse to upload, wasting time and any money you spent on upgrades or entry tokens and losing you your progress and credits.
3) accidentally hitting the back button while playing multiplayer exits you from the game costing you potentially paid for tokens and upgrades and progress- This does not happen in other game modes and this needs to be addressed as theres no reason I shouldnt be able to rejoin the game or the back button should be disabled while playing.
4) The game suspending itself due to the screen lock activating while waiting for multiplayer races to start, again booting you out of the race and costing fuel, tokens and and any upgrade you have used.

All of these bugs are really obvious yet gameloft does not address them or remove them from the game- this is because BUGS EARN GAMELOFT EXTRA MONEY BY FLEECING US THE PAYING GAMERS.

I have already complained 3 times already and even called customer services but have not had a resolution and am still waitng for a reply from the 'investigation into my issues' that was promised 2 weeks ago.

There is no resolve on the part of gameloft to repair the bugs in the game as it earns them extra revenue and I consider this behaviour to be both dishonest and against trading regulation as you are not providing what is paid for so I will be complaining to trading standards.

The price of credits on asphalt 8 are already extortionate, costing many thousands of pounds to complete the game/ car packs and even with all that profit gameloft does not make an effort to provide a polished and bug free game and GAMELOFT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMESELEVES FOR USING THESE TACTICS TO BOOST PROFITS.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE COMPLAIN AS WELL AND LET GAMELOFT KNOW IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO ROB US OF OUR HARD EARNED CASH IN THIS WAY.

I for one am going to uninstall all gameloft games if I dont get a satisfactory reply and resolution of my problems within the next couple of days.

PLEASE STOP STEALING FROM US GAMELOFT!

Gameloft uncalled for subscription/renew?

I have recd sms from 20000 on 18/2 & 19/2 to my Digi mobile line to bill me of RM5 each which i did not subcribe or no knowledge of this website.

I have complained to my telco Digi which i believed that they have sent a complaint on my behalf.

Kindly STOP sending me and wrongfully CHARGED my account and pls effect my REFUND of RM10 to DIGI in order to credit back to my account!

Gameloft blacklist

I have IPHONE 4 and was playing Blacklist and accidentally caused the English dialogue to change it a language I don't even know what it is! How do I get it back to English?
I have tried removing it from iPhone and reinstalling it but it always comes back to this language!
Help, I love this game and miss playing it!😭😭😭😩

Gameloft real football 2015

To whom it may concern I'm writing to express my disappointment in your security, my 4 year old managed to pay for the game real football 2015 without any confirmation I am unhappy about this as the game clearly stated that it was a demo and has taken payment for this game that I don't want from my credit, I would like to be compensated for the full amount for this issue as clearly security is at an unexcepable standard.

Gameloft dungeon hunter 5

I am seriously fed up with the god damn stronghold update. I ### hate it (pardon my language, but I only swear when I am pissed off)! I left a review in the app store, but I honestly don't think you guys read them since I've never seen you reply to any of them. Anyways, for starters, I hate that I now don't have a choice in who's stronghold I raid unless I pay with quartz, though that's not the real problem. The problem is that the minions are too ### powerful, even when they logically shouldn't be. I am in the Warrior 3 rank, and all my armour and weapons are tier 5 and all maxed out, yet I can only win like 1 in 15 raids, if that. And every time I get bumped down to Warrior 2, I have no problem going back up. But for some damn reason, once I hit Warrior 3, its ### impossible! Its one thing if a few people have overpowered minions, but apparently everyone does! I shouldn't need legendary equipment to win raids when I'm only halfway up the ### ranks! And I shouldn't have such a frustrating experience every damn time I play the game! You should either lower minion stats so that people can have a ### chance to win, or allow us to raid people in a lower rank like you used to.
On a side note, I also hate how you switched to those stupid stronghold stones. Since its basically impossible to win a raid, I can barely get any stones, so I can't buy new minions or boosters, which means I can't get anything to help me win, and it goes in a vicious cycle. So either get rid of them, or again, don't make it so damn hard to win.
I'm not exaggerating either, its been 2 weeks since I've won a raid. It's ### ridiculous, and both me and my friends are really considering deleting the game because of these new updates

Gameloft disney's magic kingdom

I have been banned from playing disneys magic kingdom I am not a big gamer and fail to understand how you can hack or cheat in this game. I do not often play games sp to be banned from one I was actually enjoying and had got very far on really upsets me I have no way of contacting them to resolve this issue. Im gutted I am not a cheat nor am I clever enough to hack a game

Gameloft modern combat 4

Video games are a big industry and as a gamer, I love seeing the expansion to mobile platforms. Gameloft has done a great job of pioneering this field. However, their customer service is horrendous. I am a long time player of their game Modern Combat 4. I'm one of the top ranked players in the world. I've helped their company identify and ban hundreds of cheaters, even when their own staff seemed to stop caring. This effort I undertook with several other games kept people playing this game — which is not a free game — and making in-app purchases.

And then one day, with no explanation, they ban my account, claiming I've been identified a cheater. I've helped keep this revenue stream alive for them and have a hard-earned reputation as a legit player. If you look at my game stats, there are no red flags. Nothing that indicates I cheat. Yet they banned me with no reasoning or justification. Their customer care team is worthless. They offer no explanation and gave me support tips for the wrong game. They have since been unreachable despite multiple attempts at contact.

Gameloft takes your money and wants you to play their games, but then will throw it away with no regard to the customer. This is unethical and hurts the reputation of all of France.

Same happened to me. I've opened another account. They banned it too. And another one. I was lucky to meet some adequate person from support team on gameloft forum. She contacted developers directly and after investigation they finally unbanned all my accounts. Unfortunately this forum doesn't operate any more.

Gameloft age of sparta

Age of Sparta used to be a great game. Now its full of hackers and bugs. Nevertheless, Gameloft sells in-game products without providing ANY support for its customers. How can this be possible? Also, the advertise a lot of other games within the game. it is not fair at all to do that without providing actual support and maintainance for their products!

Gameloft asphalt 8

The R&D for Arash AF10 event has been a big rip off! I had two upgrade for this game once I pass an event. I had an upgrade for the Mclauren cars, in which this had nothing to do with this game. Every upgrade I had to purchased 2400 tokens for 6 upgrades and that still was not enough to upgrade the vehicle all the way. Because I could not upgrade the car, I had to use 50 tokens to pass the event. I really wanted this vehicle and I paid for it plus 10 more without getting 10. Gameloft really should be ashamed of the way they are scamming people. And then when to to contacted them by the phone they claim all lines are busy, but any other day you can contact them. This need to be reported to BBB REGUARDING THEIR SCAMS! No customer service to handled the complaints. I have no other choice but to contact BBB.

Gameloft world at arms/banned for no reason

My account is not hacked or is it, because as I load my old save it pops out a message indicating that I've been banned. But there is no possible reason for banning my account unless another player just randomly reported me and immediately registered my account as banned. If my account is reviewed, it is obvious and can be clearly seen that no cheats were applied.
