I ordered 2 HTC phones on the 5/6/11 for £475, I hqve received no order confirmation only confirmation from the bank who processed the order that the money had gone through. Despite three calls to their customer service and numerous messages via their website I still have no written confirmation of the order. I have since tried to cancel the order but again no written confirmation. Absolute crooks avoid at all costs - see other experiences on trustpilot.co.uk and webutation.net.

I ordered Samsung NX100 camera on 29th June 2011 from Froomoo.com and my Paypal payment of went to B4U Telecom. For almost 4 weeks, I was told, the item is being delivered but the delivery is delayed from the warehouse.

Around August 1st week, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, and till the date I havent got it. When I mailed them I didn't get any reply and when I call them they just tell that, they will check and payment will be made. I am now tired of calling them. Cant go to Paypal, because Paypal deals with fraud cases for transactions within 45 days. I have kept an audit trail of each and every communication with them . However, I believe I have lost my money and wont get it back. It seems to be a cheat company running a scam. I am trying to see, whether there is any consumer body I can put a complain against such a Fraud company.

Please, please, don't experiment and AVOID any transaction with this company. Froomoo.com and B4U Telecom should be ashamed of cheating people of their hard earned money like this. I will post this in every forum possible to save the consumers.

Order from these thieves at your peril.
Complete crooks. I ordered a camera for £700, and cancelled the order ten days later when it had still not appeared. It's now a month on, and 'Jeff' who answers the phone tells me a refund was made - which is not the case. No goods, no communication, nor refund. Just opened a dispute through PayPal. I can't believe these crooks are allowed to continue trading.

Now if I could swear on here I would spurt profanities for the next couple of hours. This 'company' is like nothing I have ever experienced before. They took almost a grand of my money instantly when I ordered a camera from them. I gave them a week before I first contacted them, at which point I was told they 'are experiencing delays at their depot'. No doubt this 'depot' is just some guy in HK who buys and sends the stuff out.
I rang again the next day, and double checked that the camera was in stock. It was. I enquired why it had not simply been put in a box and shipped to me and was told that the sheer volume of orders prevented that. I have worked in online retail and cannot understand this. I received nothing to inform me they were experiencing delays until I initiated contact, which I believe is morally wrong.
I raised the point of all these poor reviews and that I was getting the same treatment and their response was 'our competitors often give us bad reviews to take our trade'.
I was never going to receive the camera to shoot a wedding I had booked (and given adequate delivery time for), and had lost all confidence in their operation so I cancelled my order.
As you may have guessed by now, I am over the 10 days quoted for a refund and although froomoo claim to have initiated the refund I do not believe this for a second and intend to pursue this matter as far as I can.

As far as I am concerned Froomoo are nothing but fraudsters. Do not order anything from them. They operate several different websites under the name of B4U Telecoms Limited and the majority of them also have terrible reveiws. One of these sites is 'continental mobiles', selling diamond encrusted mobile phones... I'm just bloody glad I wasn't after them! Maybe that's where our money goes? Who knows with this bunch of ###s.

As above, they are nothing but fraudsters, do not give these people your money.
