Placed order for free sample then received another shipment and was told that by taking the sample I signed up to receive the products monthly. This was not stated in the ad I answered. Gave me a partial refund and cancelled future deliveries, but I'm still out $44.

It tells you right in the order confirmation that after 35 days you will receive a shipment and be charged $89. If you want to cancel you send back the samples and call customer service. It was right there in black and white.

I do not want you to send any products with my visa card again without me ordering them personally. Please take me off the ordering list immediately.

I agree 100%, consumer protecion in the US is an issue.

I agree 100% it is a scam and the poduct does not work as advertised. The consumer in the US needs to be protected against this type of scam.
