I took out a free credit report last july and cancled it with in 30 days so there would be no charges on my credit card and they said it was cancled now i am finding charges on my statements as to where they have been chargeing my card 12.95 each month I called them to try and get this stopped and get a refund but they keep on putting me on hold. then disconnecting me like 4 times. no one would ever direct me to who could handle my problem I keep on getting the run around and hung up on. now i want action for this this is stealing. I want my money back and these charges stopped
