I have been billed Jan. & Feb; 2008 $14.95 each month for I don't know what but I think it's Free Credit Report. I did not ask for this, did not authorize this and did not want or get this. Please credit my acct . $29.90 ASAP.

My case # with HSBS Card Services Customer Care is: 080217945880

What is their phone # ? I'd like to talk with a real person.
