All of a sudden this charge, $14.95, appears on my First national Credit card October statement. I never authorized these charges. I have written a letter to my CC stating that these charges are not authorized. I am unable to reach this fraudulet company at the above web address. I will try calling their number 1-866-578-5408 tomorrow between 8AM and 8PM central time. Where can I report this?

Just called them because I noticed this on my bank statement as well. Apparently when you first sign up, it's for a 7 day free trial. If you do not cancel within those 7 days, you are automatically signed up for their "Tri-plan"...which notifies you of updates on your credit report and watches for possible fraud charges. I was rather upset, but since I've been with them for almost a year, my monthy payment has dropped to $7.47 instead of $14.95.

This company is a total scam. I cancelled within the seven day period and they charged my account. I called to talk to their supervisor who is somewhere in India and they would not give me my money back. Buyer beware!!! Whatever you do if you decide to try it out make sure you have in writing your cancelation!!! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I just noticed the same thing all of you have commented on and set up a dispute with Capital one for the charges. I see there is a phone # listed here in the comments for this horrible company and I plan to keep them on the phone as long as it takes. I once had a 5 1/2 hr 'discussion" with AT&T before I finally got what I wanted. They just got tired of listening to me. We'll see how that goes this time. In the mean time, I'm also drafting a letter of cancellation and having it sent via certified mail tomorrow, in no way taking responsibility for charges already listed.
