I Jennifer Cruz have been scammed by the Free Credit Report Co. I used this site for the free one time report and did not authorize anything else. Turns out they have been charging my credit card for a while now. When I try to get a hold of someone on the phone, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call is hung up each time. This is ridiculous, I want my account that I was unaware of canceled. I'm going to take action with my credit card co. to get my money back.
