I received a convection notice from the sheriff's department that I had 10 days to be out of mail house that it had been sold to Fannie Mae. When I got to checking into this I found had the attorney's office had mailed me a notice that my house was being foreclosed on. I didn't receive mail at my home address (I have a P.O box) so there was no way that I Knew about the notice. By then it was to late.

I had gotten in touch with Fannie Mae about buying back my house but they wouldn't work with me because I hadn't mde an effort with ASC about saving my home. How can you make an effort if you know nothing about what is going on. How can the government give them 700 billion dollars for them to by up peoples homes? This is outrageous.

How can the courts allow a foreclosure to take place and the sheriff's department only receives a convection notice? Any lawyers want to help me get back my home? They are selling it for $32, 000.00 less than what they wanted me to buy it back for. They also have had the tax value lowered on the home and land also. This was my home for 4 1/2 years and loved it. Would like to buy it back but I am not sure how to go about it. It not that I can't afford it but my husband and I are self-employed so it makes it harder to apply for a loan. Any help to appreciated.
