QUICKPROFITKIT Complaints - fraudulent charge and not refunding

fraudulent charge and not refunding
Complaint Rating: 83 % with 6 votes
Company information:
http://www.quickprofitkit.com
New York
United States

This company does not list an actual company name other than the website http://www.quickprofitkit.com, the charges appear as two different companies-one is an identity theft place out of New York with a monthly fee around $25.00 . They do not honor requested refunds and redirect your phone call to other numbers for supposed help. When you finally reach them they tell you it is mandatory to pay and they will cancel all charges next month. This is a big scam and fraud-they use Google as a front with alleged checks directly paid by Google.

Agree with gmack, This company is a scam, trust me you don't want their business. Where is BBB when we need them? This company need to be shut down. i got charged with 79.86 after 2 days purchased this SCAM. The sad thing is that Credit Card Company knows this is a scam and notitied me but still approved the transaction.

People this is a SCAM company!!! Stay way from their sites.. The Credit Card company do knows about them too... I had already report them to BBB (http://www.bbb.org/), to help other it is your turn to report them to BBB so no more people would not be rip off.

I demand a return for trail that I do not know anything about and that I have not except to. I only agree to buying the product and not the trail. I hope BBB will close this compay soon and conficicated all the properties/finacial and then put all these people on jail that is including the people work there.

Their "Offical" internet complaint reply message alone can tell these people are SCAMS... Note: "we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process." Where is the refund for the non-existing trial??? And DARE you not to cancel my trail.

For now, I will post warning/complain on every major sites. The bottom line is stay away from this site.
I hope the employee of this company get a wake-up call too and I know your are reading/checking these complaint sites. Where are your morals? How did your mom raise you? How will you tell your child what kind of work you do?

I sign up for a 1 day subscription and after 2 days I was charge 88.06 canadian. I've only used this subscription for 1 day and wasn't aware of additional charges. I contacted the customer service department several times and everyone there continue to give the same statement." It was part of the terms and conditions agreement", When I sign up I did not see the statement in the agreement. I know for a fact when I log into my membership website, it did give the option for addition subscription which I didn't sign up for because I found the website no help. It was nothing close to the add advertist. Not only that I've contact my credit card company and I was told by a representative that, they are aware of this company and this is something which normally happens. I find google is ripping people off and for google to be a large coperation this is not good for their business. I'm currently laid off and looking for a job, so my spending is limited which I also mention to the customer service representatives and all I got from them was I'm sorry. Because of this experience I will never sign up for anything which google provide ever again in my life this will be my first and last bad experience signing up for any subscription and I will make sure no one in my family does the same

QUICK PROFIT KIT people are thieves who make you believe they are reputable by using Google as a front...I wonder if Google are even aware that these people are using them to scam money out of people who are trying to find a way to make a dollar!
I am really annoyed that I didn't find this information BEFORE I gave them my financial institutions details.
DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!! DO NOT JOIN THEIR MAILING LIST! STAY AWAY FROM QUICK PROFIT KIT!

Hello,

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customer’s .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us. We have always honored our 30-day guarantee and will continue to do so.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at 8/6/6-481-8192 and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Your satisfaction is our number one concern,

Thanks,

( Kay Patel )

I am an ex Local Billing employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle.
This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to contact them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com. Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US:
ACAIBERRYEXCLUSIVE.COM - Whois Information
Registrant:
Douglass, Clay clay.douglass@viveraglobal.com
Viv3 Lab Limited
Unit 5, Mill Road Industrial Estate
Linlithgow, WL EH49 7QY
GB
Domain name: ACAIBERRYEXCLUSIVE.COM
Administrative Contact, Technical Contact:
viveraglobal, Hostmaster hostmaster@viveraglobal.com
Viv3 Lab Limited
Unit 5, Mill Road Industrial Estate
Linlithgow, WL EH49 7QY
GB
+44.08082389891
Another evidence that Local Billing is behind those companies is consulting the impressun of the web pages (for example www.absoluteacaiberry.com, http://www.absoluteacaiberry.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4349#utm_source=az&utm_medium=16935&utm_term=none&utm_content=Absolute+AcaiBerry) and seeing that is a Local Billing company behind them:
Impressum:
LB Pegasus Limited
29 Wordsworth Gardens
Dipton
Stanley
Co Durham
DH9 9LG
United Kingdom
+48 222 120 179

LB is for Local Billing….
And also resveratrol product site, www.winedetox.com, the impressum of the page (http://www.winedetox.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4347#utm_source=cx-es&utm_medium=31922&utm_term=resveratrol&utm_content=ResVmax) is the following:
Impressum:
Trading Planet LTd.
56 Thorton Close
Pelton
Chester Le Street
Co Durham
DH2 1QH
United Kingdom

Hosting for Local Billing and for the pills sites is held in the Netherlands, in a company called RedBee.
Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.
Other addresses:
Local Billing Ltd, Pau Claris, 100, 08009 Barcelona, Spain (they are operating from here under the name Tucana Corona, it is an useful contact for the police)
dee@contactcenter.com
clay.douglass@localbillinglimited.com
mitch.platt@localbillinglimited.com
claydouglass@gmail.com
