Ordered all six seasons of Judging Amy on DVD. Rec'd numerous conflicting emails: problem w credit card, order on back order, order canceled (I called to cancel after notification of problem w credit card as my credit card company said there was no problems), order shipped and more. Did finally receive confirmation that the order was canceled and the monies were reversed on my credit card. Item still shipped to the person I was sending it to as a gift.

The DVDS were in cheap containers in a med size manila envelope. Of the 36 disc only 16 worked, in addition, the DVDS were copied from the tv channel TNT and the quality was very poor. The company was suppose to have sent a return envelope with mailing labels 3 months ago - nothing has yet arrived. So we hang on to the dvds just in case they charge my credit card again.

Learned the hard way to more research before ordering online.
