The representatives of this university had championed their worthiness at a hospital here in San Antonio. I chose not to apply at that time, but subsequently decided that I should invest in some business courses to provide some background for a nonprofit organization that I am presently initiating. Since most of the courses were online and in a relatively easy format I agreed to filing a FAFSA and providing the 'advisor' (Danielle Wills) with all previous transcripts.

Classes were due to start on 4/28, was referred to the financial counselor(D.Johnson, Jr) who was ill-equipped to advise me and to the academic counselor (Travis Lucca) who was even more unaware of how to process a transcript. I was told four(4) days ago that I would have to pay anywhere from $300 to $1000 dollars out of pocket on the 4th and 8th class. Travis told me that he could not 'see'my transcript, but that I would probably be able to transfer all 50 hours. Really? Aren't there time limitations on some courses I asked? No, was the reply as it did not matter if my major was not in any of the courses listed. Since when, I asked, is English and Math not pertinent to a business degree. NO ANSWER. ' I'll get back to you', said he. Well as of today no response. I am so very grateful that I happened to find reports on both the University and Axia. Most assuredly I shall provide the hospital with the information.

As for my degree- I am planning on sending an inquiry to the University of Texas.

A class action suit seems like a fairly reactive approach.
