Please-please-PLEASE don't be too embarassed to call your bank! Protect yourself and report Penbrook. File an official complaint (it takes minutes!) and let your bank/credit card holder fight foryour refund for you!!

Today, I filed a report with Bank of America. Please, please do the same!
