I was led to there site via search for ebook ... falsely stating it was available, but not, after signing up. If that's not fraud, I don't know what is. Unauthorized credit card charges, definitely is fraud, regardless of what may be in their Terms-of-Agreement.
Once I signed-up, I realized that I must be stupid, as I got no email confirmations. First chance I got, I cancelled my credit card. Some charges made it through .. totaling $6.87, with 800 number to call. I contacted them and they informed me that other charges in excess of $100 had been attempted but rejected .. and my account would be closed.
They didn't question rejected charges, and acted as if this was common procedure. This company and its websites should be banned for this ... I am not looking forward to being bombarded by email spammers. I caught it before any real damage ... but what a pain!!! I did get a reply email when the cs-rep told me to send an email for a refund of the $6.87 charges.

The same story - I've just cancelled my card, thanks to damned downloadnova. They claim they have rare films and ebooks, but all you get is real pain in the ass. Next time I use my card I'll definitely check the site FIRST.
I got duped as well. I didn't receive an email with my ID, and to cancel with jettcs I need email address, cred card number( I cancelled mine and the bank chopped it up so I dont know the number!!) and member ID. I have none of these details!!

Yeah, I also got that problem, damm, I canceled my account and that bitch group has taken $30 after 7days, what would happen if i havent cancelled my account ? i think i will be out of money.
yes, I was duped as well. The software I wanted was not available (even though it previously said it was) and I was signed up to some porn sites who applied a recurring charge to my credit card.
I was tricked as well, I searched the internet for a file converter and was told through another site that this megadownloadnova.com had the file and they of course when I access the site told me that they had the file and even though I had a feeling I should check up the company foolish me I didnt and signed up an account and got tricked unknowingly I was directed to a porn site and I tried to close the windows but more popped up so I logg off the computer that was the only thing that could help. AS I searched the internet over this company I found these reports and of course am grateful that others have warned, I immediatly called my bank and canceled my credit card and the account was blocked. I have not noticed any billing yet, and my bank has informed me that I can make a reclamation and get the money back since I told them what happened. But mailing this company I think will not help since they know what they do and their purpose is only to rip people off, and giving them the account number would probably only mean more foolishness giving them the right to empty the account! Dont be that stupid!
I made the mistake of rushing to fast, and Of course next time be more cautious I will be. These poeple should be put behind bars.
I was also taken by this website. Currently, I am in the process of requesting a refund. Also, I have posted a job request for a class action attorney to take a look at this situation and possibly take it on. How many of you would like to participate in something like this?
You were willing to hustle poor movie/software etc. makers WITHOUT PAYING TO THEM, still yet you IDIOTS went and paid for some stupid PIRATE SITE and most likely got system infected with trojans/viruses too at the same time, so now they're spamming through your systems too.

The scam artist has created softwares which tricked you download and then install the spyware on your computer
All of the people who has been tricked, here is the step you need to take:
1) Call your credit card, dispute the payment
2) Ask credit card to cancel the account and send you another card with a new card number so it will not be charged.
3) call jettcs.com and ask for canceling the billing, they will probably ask you to hold for long time before you actually get a live person. Do record your conversation and ask them send confirmation for refund ( Make sure you do step 1 & 2 before youc all them)
4) Ask jettcs who is person that behind charges . 99% they will lie to you and point you to a invalid web address, but do not need to worry, it is just an evidence that jettcs is trying to hide the fact they are helping the spyware creator to laungry oney
5) Do report your case to FTC & FBI, I hope there are enough people report so they will get caught. here is the site for reporting:

Gerbil has missed the point of the complaints. Regardless of intent of accessing this site, unauthorized credit card charges and porn-spam is the result which is fraudulent. I get 4-5 porn emails daily. I wish there was a way to spam them back.
NJ for the card number you can look at your bill or contact the card company about the old card number the best way to cancel is with a phone call or an email since all the charges will be cancel no matter what email is used under that card
Same story, tried to download a languagepack for Office 2oo3 after the bloody Microsoft helper had had me download a 2007 version for some 36 euro. Cancelled immediately after I didn't get a validation number nor email confirmation. Was so stupid to try it again on Download Professional, thinking I'd done something wrong. I've contacted the credit card company which will try to get a refund. I pray they will, for having to pay such an amount every month makes me panic.
