Placed order on 04/01/08, sent check on 04/02/08, check cleared on 04/07/08. I have called at least 15 times to check on the status of my order and they give me different answers every time. In an instance i am told the order has shipped and some times i am told the order will ship on Friday. They will not give me refund either. PLEASE HELP!

I agree this company is a scam. I was a office manager for Consumer Products Intl. Inc. and we sold Hotel Supply. I thought New York Textiles was a reputable business and trusted them. i ordered supplies from them for a large amount of money and they never delivered. Since then I have lost my job and Consumer Products Intl was a good company to work for they suffered from my mis judgement and now is seeking legal action against them.All because they are frauds.

i work for the super 8 motel and on 3/13/2008 an order was placed and we received some of the things we ordered, but most of it we havnt gotten yet, and just like someone else already said, there seems to be a promice of "friday" each time we call. so what do we do??

I work for Country Inns & Suites, we figured out real quick this place was a scam! I have been trying to get off of their fax list for months now!! I have gone to 1800faxremoval.com 4 times & have called the company 6 times & talked to supervisors, begging & pleading to be removed!! If anyone has had success at being removed from their annoying 5 page 3x a wk fax, please let me in on the secret!!!

I have an idea, Why dont we all call them and threaten them or else.. I got ripped off by this company 1 month ago, I bought about 500$ worth of goods and they havent shipped anything yet, WHat the hell is with this Friday crap that they are going to send the stuff out? I paid you like 3 years ago whats the Friggin deal here.. Look guys if you want some action then you have to take action and get them on the phone and make hell with them. GIve them all kinds of it.

Good News for all involved!!!

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau 2 days ago and when I called New York Textiles today they had seen the complaint and said that because a complaint had been filed, a full refund had been ordered and should be sent out in 7-10 days!!

i dont know how many of you have tried for a refund directly from NYT, but they say it takes 4 weeks to get a refund sent out... well, not if you do it my way!! I will update again when we receive the refund. My recomendation to all involved, file complaints in detail with the BBB and you can have resolution to your issues as well, and something i learned, any company you havnt dealt with before you can research their standing on the BBB website and see if there have been any complaints against them before. I know i plan to with all new business deals before sending ANY money their way!!

it files your complaint in a few easy steps, it took me about 10 minutes. be sure you have your dates of when you contacted them and the people who you spoke to, because they will ask for it. since they dont give out last names, i simply put ex. Tami X305.

go to www.fbi.gov and click on REPORT INTERNET CRIME

In the top left corner.

I just finished reporting them to the Fbi and the Bbb and im not stopping there until I get my items or my money back. This is ridiculous. I tried calling the jamestown police and they said that address doesnt exist. BUt I said BOlOGNA how the heck did they get my check if that address didnt exist. BS

This ia BS, I have been ordering for months and ive recieved evry shipment except the one i just placed 3 days ago. You guys just think since you didnt recieve the shipment the next day you think this company automatically took your money. GET A LIFE YOU ASSHOLES!!! Cant beat these prices you get a discount and you people still complain cheap assholes!!!
