HOMECOMING FINANCIAL FORECLOSED AND SOLD MY HOME AFTER IT HAD ENTERED INTO AGREEMENT WITH ME AGENT: RAY BAILY ON 07/15/09. MY SALE DATE WAS POSTPONED UNTIL 08/20/08 BY MICHAEL #11286 . SO TO BIND OUR AGREEMENT WESTERN UNION) FIRST PAYMENT TOLD BY RAY TO DONT SENT SECOND UNTIL I GOT AGREEMENT .I NEVER RECIEVED AGREEMENT TO SIGN, CALLED EVERYOTHER DAY TO GET IT, WAITED, AND WAITED, NEVER GOT IT.
CANT TALK TO ORIGINALL REPRESENTIVE RAY, WHO SET UP AGREEMENT. SUPERVISOR, NAMED APRIL HASN'T RETURNED OUR CALLS, REALTOR OFFERING CASH TO MOVE? ISN'T EXCEPTING PAYMENT, AN AGREEMENT ALSO..? WHY THEY TAKE MY MONEY ?
I THINK, SOMEONE IN THERE COMPANY EITHER MESSED UP AND NOW THEY SOLD MY HOME, AND NOW THEY WON'T EVEN TALK TO ME.
SO I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHEN MY HOUSE WAS SOLD? NEVER TOLD.
I HAVE NO MONEY TO GET A LAWYER, NEED HELP.
