This company is a scam and a fraud, they advertise a free trial for $5.95 shipping only, (IT IS NOT FREE). You have to cancel with in 14 days or they charge you an extra $88.00, also there is a charge of $.018, $2.82 for no explainable reason, Then each additional month they charge $93.95 and supposably they send you another bottle. I ordered my( FREE BOTTLE) June 2, 2009 and canceled right away I did not receive the (FREE BOTTLE) until 13 days later. I thought my order was canceled when I called June 2, 2009 to canceled and spoke to a Stephanie. Much to my surprise when I check my bank statement I had $88.00, $0.18, $93.95, $2.82 to the grand total of $184.95 charged to my account and have never received no other merchandise other that there so called (FREE BOTTLE). I called them back and they said they had no record of my cancellation, I told them that I had canceled right away they again went in to telling me that if I did not cancel within 14 days and that my account was active. I asked them about the charges and they could not explain them only to tell me that my account was active. Again I informed them that I had canceled prior to the 14 days they insisted that they had no record and proceeded to give me a fictitious e-mail address to the claims department. I then proceeded to e-mail that address with no luck. I thought I had gotten the wrong e-mail address. I called again they gave me the same song and dance about how I needed to cancel with in 14 days. I again informed the incompetent person on the other end of the line that I had done so aready. There response was the same and again gave me the same fictitious e-mail address which was the same e-mail address the other incompetent person gave me the first time I had called. The e-mail address they gave me is (claims@purenutrientsproducts.com) check it out it does not exist, I don't know how to recover my money but if you can help please let me know. I have not received nothing other that there (FREE TRIAL BOTTLE) but what I have received is a lot of grief and unauthorized withdrawal from my account. This is FRAUD and they should not be able to get away with it. As of this date I have closed that account so they will not be able to withdraw any more funds and I have reported this fraud to my bank in hopes that they can do something about it.
