You have every right to complain, but please refrain from disparaging comments towards me, personally. I am sure many of you, if not all of you that have had jobs before where you were working for someone other than yourself, had to communicate news/updates/information/policies/procedures/whatever that was handed down from management, which you had every indication was accurate, right, proper, and all well and good, only for things to change in a moments notice for some reason, sometimes completely unknown to you. Things happen that are not always within an employee's control, that are beyond the scope and range of our cubicles, and we then ALL become victims. PLEASE keep in mind that I am first and foremost a husband and father of three, and secondly a commissioned salesperson that does not get paid dime one until your loan funds. Obviously, I have a vested interest in making sure your loan funds at the terms sold, otherwise I can not support my family. Given the recent events, all we can do is adapt, and overcome. This is why any and all of my borrowers caught in the primary issue causing these recent complaints have been given numerous OPTIONS towards resolution. Of course, one of those options has been cancellation and refund of $995, if paid.
I have every intention to get ALL loans funded at the terms sold. To that end, I have been nothing but up front with regards to fees, costs and other features that may have caused your individual, unique loan as described in our conversations to be different than the one for which IGS had specifically advertised. As I do not take on any customer unless there is an intrinsic benefit in the loan for which they qualify, I truly hope we can get ALL your loans funded so it can be MUTUALLY beneficial.
To those customers that have decided to get a refund of their fees, hopefully you will get it soon, you can move on from this, and I apologize for the massive inconvenience this may have caused.
To my fortunate customers that have had their loans funded at the terms originally agreed upon, please don't be shy and say so. I am happy - you should be too.
To my customers that have decided to wait for the possible same result, I appreciate your patience, and hope I can deliver it very soon. Again, I get paid nothing unless your loan funds.
