At payforessay.com, and essaywritingcompany.com Jordan Kavoosi hires editors and writers then doesnt pay them. He strings them along, stating that he will pay a certain amount for one article to be written. Then, he says he won't pay unless another article is written--and another, telling the writers just to write it as a favor and not to be "greedy." Eventually, the writers have to quit. In response, he sends a barrage of rude e-mails, and says that he will not pay. Student also complain about him and cancel their credit card payments. HE even posted on this webdsite claiming other companies were essay scammers-- to funny
He seems to consider himself an expert writer and posts all over the internet that he is a expert.. once you hear him speak or writer you wonder if he finished 5th grade. He think he better than his writers--despite his inadequate grasp of his native language--because he bleeds them dry, doesn't pay them... just google him - what a joke he is. He posts in many places, including Youtube, about how stupid his writers are because he can get them to write for free by scamming them by not paying writers. Please contact the Mineesota Attorney Generals office, the BBB the city of Apple Valley, schools and universities about this guy. He considers himself to be some type of big businessman; he is arrogant and a liar right to you face, it's all just a power trip. anyone is stupid if s/he works for this guy. HE makes up fines on the spot as reasons not to pay you, A long list of people he has scammed and it is growing. Jordan Kavoosi - so make sure you check it out he is BAD NEWS.

| I was scammed by Jordan Kavoosi as well and he is mean and abnoxious and a liar from the word go. HE cheat you every step of the writing process and never pays what was agreed. BUT he waited until the papers he asked me to write were finished and sent them to the customer and then decided not to pay me. HE needs to be stopped and peopple need to know about his unethical business tactics. He promised payment and told me he would alwasy pay tomorrow - I stopped writing for him. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen so WRITERS and STUDENTS beware. |

I like to look at the writing/editing Craigslist postings, mostly for giggles because they’re usually scams and the pay is bad (or the projects ridiculous). A couple of days ago a website Pay for Essay posted an ad for “educated writers” who were familiar with a variety of styles to write essays and proofread. Well, the ad was obviously written by an uneducated person and was riddled with grammatical and spelling errors.
Another person created an ad in response, correcting and criticizing the ad’s call for professional writers, but not taking its own advice. The response ad was hilarious.
Now, being unemployed and bored (and somewhat of a busy-body), I took it upon myself to e-mail Pay for Essay. As follows:

| um I used their services and they are great your a bad writer I heard their managers so thats why you got canned way to hurt a great growing company. Why dont you try managing 50 writers yourself and pay all the bilsl and do all the marketing yourself and see how you do? |

JORDAN gets PAID upfront from his victims - so why would he not have money to pay writers each day or week???? SIMPLE-----Because he doesn't want to. He keeps all the money. HE doesn't have 50 writers! He may have 50 writers he has scammed!

I am going to post contacts for writers and customers who have been scammed. HE might be in Jail- again - wasn't he arrested a short time ago?
Spoke to some one else he scammed-- list continues to grow. He claims he just hires and fires to get the best writers--- lets see what his records say when when they are confiscated by the cops and then show the massive fraud he continues.

The guy can barely communicate in writing. In fact, he has to pay others to write simple copy for his sites. Obviously, he has absolutely no business even attempting to sell professional writing services. The fact that he blatantly lies about being in business since 1998 on payforessay.com is merely one of at least a dozen different reasons to avoid this guy's essay sites like the plague.

Hi my name is David N. I am Jordan's friend and I have known him for 5 years. Jordan is a great guy and he pays all of his writers. His business is doing very well because of his great customer service. I know exactly what happened with this case. This woman is harassing (libel in my opinion, and a suit is possible) him because she took 3-4 extra days to write that paper she was given as a job. When you have a business that promises original documents on a tight deadline sometimes 24 hours you cannot take your time as a writer. You get a deadline and if you dont meet it then you did not perform your end of the contract. Her student she was responsible for writing the paper ended up getting a big fat ZERO because of her. They rightfully demanded and got a refund and this woman has the nerve to ask for extra money because she took extra long to complete her paper? This woman is a psycho. My uncle is a business lawyer and he thinks that its very possible to sue this individual for loss of income, which if calculated right could be 10's of thousands of dollars.
Jordan is a hard working, inspirational individual who has pulled himself up by his own bootstraps and made his own company. I have a lot of respect for him. If you email his writers they have never had a problem getting paid that's why he has tons of educated writers that will literally fight for a job because they trust his company as a medium to reach customers. Pay for essay, essay writing company are both excellant companies and I have personally used them when I have been in a pinch with school and I have gotten an A every single time.
We have tried calling this woman to try and resolve this issue without bringing the law in the middle but she refuses to talk. Do no believe her libelous claims. One day she will be sued for this illegal activity and she will not be able to afford an internet connection to continue doing so.
RECAP. After knowing Jordan Kavoosi for 5 years I can honestly say he is the most trustworthy person I have ever met, not to mention he has the best work ethic I have ever met too. Absolutely all of these conversations on this message board are libelous and fabricated. This woman was writer that worked for Jordan and his companies until she got several students F's because she could not produce the material on time. She then proceed to ask for more money and ended up getting fired. I would have fired her too. What a terrible employee. I am a supervisor at a major U.S. logistics company and if I had an employee as rediculous as her I would have fired her on the spot. Jordan has been more than nice for not suing her by now which my uncle said he would be more than eager to take this to court and sue for internet libel which he has successfully done many times.

When this gets to the courts that will expose him and his practices and will get the facts out there! I am sure the court progress will be followed- after all- it will be public record--- just like his record in Dakota county is-- and where the judgments ae filled against him.

It’s not hard for the Judge to rule in favor for the real victim’s in these instances.
All 8 videos have been archived and saved if anyone on this board feels the need to move forward with any litigation against Jordan Kavoosi. Civil or Criminal where as Minnesota state law allow.
Based on what I have read before me it seems Jordan Kavoosi has no professional domineer and is lousy at running a REAL business. |

I am the woman Jordan claims to have delayed a client's paper and then demanded more money.
The facts are very different: the paper pleased the client very much, and earned her a very high grade in her graduate-level class. She learned that, afterwards, I had not been paid for my work despite many requests (I have all the emails). She offered to pay me, she was so upset. I said no, she had already paid Jordan Kavoosi and should not have to pay twice. She asked if she could hire me directly to write another grad course paper. As I had no contract with Kavoosi, and she had only a per-paper contract with Kavoosi, I was free to say yes. BUT I REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT because I wanted this young woman to know that not everyone is greedy and unethical. The second paper, which I wrote pro bono, earned her an A.
Kavoosi has dogged me by phone and email since summer 2009, often calling in the early hours of the morning, 2:30 AM and so on. My husband and I now turn off the phone before we go to bed, and have blocked Kavoosi's emails.
He is today threatening to bring action against me for thousands of dollars for slander. The labor lawyer I have consulted had some interesting things to say: that it would lay Kavoosi's business history open to the court as a matter of court to determine how his business affairs are generally handled (not good news for Jordan from what I read above); that complaints would have to be filed in district court against ALL complainers back five years-one cannot single out a single complainer; that the frequency and commonalities of the complaints would show a clear pattern against Kavoosi, and that his court actions would be dismissed out of hand.
By the way, Kavoosi has threatened to come over several times to confront me. Nice opportunity for police action.
Jordan thinks I am GoodWriter6, whom I am not. But its a great compliment, thank you sister/brother victim for getting this latest Kavoosi complaint journal started! |

He uses writers, works them hard, then gets rid of them by not paying them and telling them their work is substandard...after you've sweated out a few weeks of steady writing. If you try to pursue your rights, he will slander you, as he did here.
Check ALL the complaints from CUSTOMERS and writers all over the United States. Kavoosi has court and jail records, runs 5-10 different businesses as aliases.
