Basically the same as everyone who has complained plus they sold my credit card info to someone who tried to purchase $2600 worth of Ipods at Apple. Lucky enough my credit card company did not okay it. They checked with me. I cannot believe that someone in the government cannot stop this. I contacted the Governor and others but no one is interested. I just hope that everyone gets this info so no one else is cheated.

Ultimate DVD Shop: A BIG RIP-OFF

Before you order from anyone on the internet, google them first to see if their are any complaints. I ordered New York Undercover, the complete TV series. My bank card was charged and then the number of e-mails telling me about a back order. When I e-mailed a rep, I got a bunch of apologies and saying my order would ship in two weeks. Finally, since I live in Florida, I contacted the Office of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I received another e-mail stating my account had not been charged (they put the $$ back) and said my account would be charged when the items would ship. No items as of yet, I am happy I got my $$ back but I was looking forward to the DVD series, I will wait for it to legitmately come out through Barnes & Nobles or Amazon next time around. DO NOT BE SILENT, complain to your local consumer agency, that is how scam artists get shut down!!
