I was told by this company that I could try their web listing for 30 days for free. If I was not satisfied I could cancel in 30 days. I called on day 30 to cancel and was told it was canceled. I then begin getting billing (at the wrong address). I continue to call to request the service be canceled (by the way - this entire time I got ZERO referrals from their listing). I now am being threatened with a collection agency and no matter who I talk with, no one will adjust the bill even though they show I called within the 30 days, they are trying to say I only had a15 day trial. Who needs a trial for 15 days? That's not long enough to tell if it even works! They have nothing on file that say I ever agreed to a 15 or 30 day trial but they are now trying to hold my credit hostage with threats of collections. I hope someone knows how to stop them. This is ridiculous!!
