I am taken aback by the ability for a company to fraudulently charge individuals CC for merchandise that they never ordered or in most cases heard anything about...

I too, was cahrge $84.97 on June 3, 2007 for HOODIA... it is interesting that the CC they charged has been locked in a safe and has not been used since before 11/2005!!!

How are they getting our numbers? I spent an hour getting to the fraud department of my CC and lodging a complaint.

Next, I am going to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to lodge a complaint. It is RIDICULOUS!!!

I called the number shown on the CC statement (866-882-3186) and was on HOLD FOREVER. I then tried another number that a previous complaint on this site posted (888-436-7847) and received an automated greeting stating that it is the Corporate HQ but the only option you can choose is 1 which is to ORDER MORE PRODUCT... MOR PRODUCT??? I never ordered this product... EVER!!!

If you don't select 1 then the automated attendant HANGS UP ON YOU!!

It is so unreal. I hope these posts get some resolve!!!
