I placed an order for a boxed set of DVDs with Fox Anime on August 5th, 2009. I have contacted them via email (their only method of contact) exactly 12 times. Today is November 6th, 2009. I still have not received the DVDs I ordered, or a refund of the funds charged. They have since even ceased to reply to my emails. I have no idea how to proceed to get my merchandise or my money. HORRIBLE company!! DO NOT buy from them!!!

Yes I have the same problem, I did order a single Dvd a time back and they deliverd (over 3 weeks doing so) I had since then received a couple of ther e-mail flyers on specials
its when I went back and orderd more of there products that I was stiffed

I think FoxAnime is a elaborate scam probibly run by one or two people.
I was pretty miffed today and tried ther Fox Support #that doesent exist the number that shows on my bank statement just rings no-one picks up.

FoxAnime is a total Hoax and should be pulled off the net.
