Foresight Media Did not refund money as instructed

I ordered a trial product from their website as instructed-paid the shipping and handling. Within a week of receiving the trial product (which took three weeks to arrive) I also received a shipment for the same product. I found out that they had deducted $238 from my account to pay for the product that they sent to me-without my permission, and enrolled me in their membership! Additionally, the trial product caused irritation and breakout! So I called Foresight Media to report the issues and was told to put the unopened product in the mail to them, was given a return # to place on the return envelope. They tried to get me to agree to keep the product and they would refund only 50%, but when I disagreed with them, they told me I had to return the product to them, and within 30 days they would refund my money. By the time all was said and done, it was 30 days after that I called them to say they hadn't issued a refund. They stated that they had tried to deposit the refund in my account TWICE but my bank would not accept it! I called my bank and asked them to dispute the charges, but unfortunately, it was now beyond the allowed 60 days dispute time! I have called Foresight Media every two weeks for a while and keep getting told the same untruths! It is 5 months later and I still do not have my $238 and have no hope that I will ever see my money! I am told that no supervisor or manager is able to take calls from customers! So BEWARE of this scam.

Foresight Media Misleading and not clearly stated sales practices.

I say these items on facebook and thought I would give them a try. They were supposed to make you look younger and help with sagging skin. Well they are don't do what they are supposed to do and I was out of town when I received a call from my bank telling me that they were trying to charge me $130.00 for samples. They claim it states that on their website. Where I want to know because I saw nothing. I had forgotten about it until I received a call from some very rude man indicating that he was going to send me a final bill in my email. The next morning I called them to send it back because I am not going to pay for their product that doesn't do what they say it does. He said he couldn't process the RMA for me and I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me I didn't have a management issue and no one in management had time to talk with me. They will just send me to collections.

In order to purchase the free trial, you have to checkmark the box under the card information that states" I agree to the terms and conditions of the 15 day trial. After Trial period has ended, you will be charged the retail price of your product."
Did you actually read the terms and conditions? If you had, you would have known you needed to cancel. If you didn't, it's your fault for agreeing to terms without reading them.

Foresight Media Unauthorized charges

Called on March 5th to make sure this company would not charge my debit card again for unwanted product-was assured it would not be. VERY NEXT DAY I WAS CHARGED 139.90 DOLLARS. Called my bank to dispute charges and they got this company on the
line with me and tried to say I agreed to the terms and would not offer solution. Bank is disputing and we closed my debit card account so will not be charged again. I can not stand these kind of company's-can not believe I aloud myself to be sucked in.

Foresight Media I cancelled the trial, but they continued to take money from me

The company Ayur sking cream.org offered two bottles of wrinkle cream only for $5. I decided to try and ordered this cream, but after that they immediately charged me for $247. I was shocked and tried to stop it, but it was impossible. I cancelled the trial after that, ‘coz I was afraid that they would take more money from me. And they did, and the cancellation didn’t stop them. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Foresight Media Deceptive business practices

I authorized payment for shipping on "free samples" of anti-aging facial creams. Upon receipt I learned that I would be receiving recurring shipments and charges against my debit card. I did not authorize any such shipments or charges. They took $99.90 out of my bank account for a second shipment. I could not get through to them by phone to discuss the situation. I had to cancel my debit card and alert my bank to potential fraud by this company. I only ordered - and wanted - the samples. I had 30 days to try and/or return them but the "full" shipment - at a previously undisclosed price - was shipped out & my account charged for it well before my 30 day "trial" period was over, AND it wasn't even supposed to ship for 60 days after the samples.

SCAM! They charge you for the product you did not request. If you return the product they don't reimburse saying "the refund was rejected" . The product is simple cream that costs $139.90, no effect, smells bad.

I too have been scammed and told my problem has been escalated to upper management. Product was returned December of 2014. I have never received a refund. I have called multiple times to customer service. Each time I have spoken to Guillermo and he has told me it has been esclated to upper management. It has been 10 months! I will not give up although I highly doubt any refund will ever be processed. SCAM & SHAM!

After reading multiple legitimate complaints already submitted on deceptive business practices by Foresight Media, (Tampa, Fl, I decided it was a waste of my time to submit my own complaint. How does one shut down such fraudulent operators?

I too was scammed! Apparently this is how they make their money. I called the customer support number and was told if the product (which is crap!) was returned by April 30/15 that I would NOT be charged. I returned the package express, so it would be tracked. The package was received on April 30/15 @ 1310h according to my tracking number being signed by an M.Smith (suspicious, right). I was charged the full price anyway, payment being taken from my account on May 14/15! I called AGAIN, this time I was told it will take until May 30/15 to be reimbursed. When I asked to speak to someone in management to have the issue resolved ASAP I was told that it does not work like that and that I would get the same response from anybody I spoke to. Today, June 18/15 as I have still not received my money back I called for a third time. Now apparently I'm told the package was not received. I told them it was according to my tracking number and that I want to speak to someone higher up. I spoke to a "supervisor" and was told the same BS storey. I was told I need to send an email copy of my postal receipt in order to confirm the tracking and so they can verify that it has been received by them. I asked them to just go on the postal website and input the tracking number, as I want this dealt with right now today! They said no, they can't access postal information that way. I expressed that I'm not happy and asked why is it so hard to get my money back, stating "ok so I send you this email and then what it will take another 1-2 months before I get anywhere" to this I was told it can (therefore it will) take upto 50 days. I informed this "supervisor" that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and giving very bad reviews wherever I can for this horrible "company" that apparently just scams people. BEWARE TO EVERYONE, foresight media is a scam and will steal your money quickly! Any attempt to be reimbursed will be LONG and tedious! I urge anyone who is in the same boat to not give up and keep trying to get your money back, as I'm sure this hokey company is counting on us customers to get frustrated and just give up!

This is exactly what happened to me. I was sent two months worth of product. I used it two days and hated the smell. I was charged $139.90 twice on my card. I thought I was getting charged $4.95 twice for a trial of both of the creams. I would never have ordered anything that cost that much money since my husband has been out of work and we are raising our 1 year old granddaughter. I called and was told how to return the product to get my refund. I did exactly what I was supposed to back in Dec.2014. I still haven't gotten my refund yet. My bank did refund one of the charges but I have gotten no where with getting the other refund. I have called many times and have been hung up on and got the run around. I have never dealt with such a company. It has been such a horrible experience.

I "claimed" my "free trial" and agreed to pay for the S&H charges which amounted to $4.95. 8 days later their product arrived. In fact 2 of them arrived.
The invoice stated that after 2 weeks my credit card will be charged the full retail price and that have enrolled me into an automatic shipping program.
I immediately called their customer service and informed them that I was not interested in buying their product and would like to return it without charging my visa. I was told that only if they receive the product back within the 14 days from my order date they will not charge me. The lady in customer service pointed out that since 8 days have passed there is no way I will be able to get this product back on time and advised me to ship it back within 30 days and ask for a refund. After reading some reviews and the hard time people had getting their money back I immediately called Visa and asked them to block my card and told them my story. They advised me to send an email to they company telling them to cancel my automatic shipping program and no to charge my card ever again.
Today I shipped the product back to them. This cost me $17.- because I wanted to make sure that I can track this parcel. There is no way it will get there within the 14 days but since I have no credit card they can't charge me.

I am in the same situation. Upon receiving the free "trial sample", I found that they will continue to send recurring products at regular price and charge me. I never signed up for that. I called their customer service to cancel any future shipments and am to return the stuff I received.

I am one of many who is filing a complaint against Foresight Media. I only orders "FREE SAMPLES" and I was charged $139.90 before I even received my 2-Ayur Skin Cream. I called and they told me to return the cream for a full refund. They gave me an RMA# and I received an email indicating that they received the package. I was told that my refund was processing. This was back in December 2014. I called mid January 2015 regarding my refund. They responded by saying that with the holidays they were backed up and give it another week. I have been calling customer service and they show my return but not sure why it has not processed. They say they are escalating the refund and giving it to management. When I asked to speak to management they told me I could not that this was the customer service department and anyone who I spoke to would give me the same answer. The were sure quick to charge me even before I received my product. I advise anyone interesting in the miracle cream that it is a fraud and this so called company is a scam and should be criminally charged. I plan on taking this the New Media or who ever will listen! I haven't recieved my package yet but I just now got off the phone with Customer service and I was told that after a 15 day trial that my card will be charged $139.90 and I spoke with a lady by the name of Dianna, and I told her then that I wasn't going to pay that that I was only going to pay the cost that was told to me in print and that I was only going to pay for 1 bottle of the Ayur Skin Cream and 1 jar of the Luxoderm and that was it . and she ( Dianna ) said that that wasn't what was said to be in the fine print . I think that this is a rip off and if you charge my account for the $139.90 then I will promise you that I will take you to court and I will file falsing documentation on you and your company . For billing for things that folks didn't order and other such complaints that I am seening and reading . I also have over 4000 complaints again you and your creams and company for all the lies and charges that you are doing to folks .So if I was you I wouldn't be trying to ripoff folks for something that they didn't order . Infact I told her (Dianna ) to just cancel my order and she said that it has done been shipped out but I haven't gotten it yet so I will wait and see and if it is shipped out then when I get it I will return it to the you and you will be charged for pain and suffering that I endored while waiting this to come only to find out that I was lied to and I was charged for something that I didn't order.

Foresight Media trial item

On 8/24/14 I ordered a free trial jar of Hydroxaderm for $4.95. This is a 14 business day trial which should have ended on 9/11/14. I was in the process of cancelling my free trial today, when I noticed they charged my checking account via debit card for $87.63. I called them and they advised me to return jar at my own expense in order to receive a refund from them. The ad stated that we can keep the free trial product. I was deceived and this company took my money and I would like the $87.63 credited back into my checking account/via debit card as soon as possible.Thank you.

I also ordered the "free trial" and now four months later I am unable to contact the company to stop shipments and to request a return authorization number and the phone service is a recording and does not allow me to actually speak the a representative. I am going to have to contact my credit card now to file a complaint an to insure that no further charges are made for Hydroxaderm or Snail Skin products. Last month I received two shipments two weeks apart and was charged $87.63 and another $89.15 in a 15-day period. When I ordered my "free trial" I specifically requested the number that I should call if I did not desire to receive further products. The number given to me was [protected] and when I call it my call is answered by a recording saying that all calls are monitored and then a recorded "menu" advises me to press "1" for English. When I pressed "1" my call was disconnected. I have tried numerous times to contact the company without success. I feel totally robbed.

Filed complaint with my credit card company. They refunded my money & charged it back to Hyroxaderm. You can't reach this company by phone, email or website.

Foresight Media They did NOTHING.

Foresight Employment Solutions has collected money in order to process our application. After we made payment they always emailed us about the status of the said application. They promised to contact us after a week and three months have passed since that time.
