The web site for corporate FOOT SOLUTIONS says there is a 30 day return period, but BEWARE additional language says each store has its own return policy. Unfortunately, like all consumers we did not read the later, and like most people we did not read the receipt which states the return is limited to 15 days. Although my wife never even picked up the shoes, , and was advised by her doctor that shoes were not the problem, Foot Solutions refused a refund and gave only a store credit which we will never use

The return policy says I can return the Neone in soles by requesting the RMA form online and mail to the address on top of the form.

The Problem is when I request the RMA form I do not get a response. I have emailed 3 times and called the number that says they would be happy to help. NOTHING!

My 88 year old mom spent of 140.00 and they have never been worn and I cant get any info to return them!

Do not order from this company!

Agree with previous post. Beware of any type of return. Please go to a business that is customer friendly when you have a problem with their product. You have been warned. I tried to exchange inserts worn for a couple hours. Returned to the store in less than a week to exchange for the correct size. Non refundable. The store would not even exchange for proper fit on inserts that cost $140. Location in Phoenix AZ on Ray Rd.

Foot Solutions thrives on bogus claims. The whole theory around shoes and foot pain has undergone radical change with experts advising going barefoot. However, foot solutions is parroting fraudulent research and fooling people with their false claims. They know nothing about foot problems. All they know about is how to sell their wares.

My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes from Footsolutions in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She wore them for about 5 hours and they bruised her feet and ankels. The return policy on the reciept said that she had 7 days to return them. When we tried to return them, we were told that they would not accept them because they were worn. These shoes had no marks on them and looked the exact same as they did the moment we purchased them, inside and out. Im sure their shoes get just as much wear from custumers trying them on.
