FlyDubai online payment

My name is salman amir rehmani . I booked an online ticket with fly dubai on 13 september 2015 . I made the payment through my bank emirates nbd for that ticket . My flight was on 15th september. Due to some technical fault in fly dubai payment system, they did not received my payment . I called them and they ask me to make another payment for same ticket via other payment partner. I took my flight and after coming back when i contacted them, they did not reply me for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they replied me that its under investigation . On 3rd oct finally they acknowledge that they have received my payment twice and will refund the first payment to my same bank account whiten 4 to 5 weeks. On 11th nov after 5 weeks, when i contacted them again, they told me to wait more. On 18th nov i got there email. That they have made a cheque for the payment and i have to go my self with all documents to collect from there travel store. Although there staff confirmed me that amount will be credited to my a/c . After 2 months of pain, that i went starting from 13th sep. When i was running here and there and made another payment till today . Fly dubai has never listen to me . Now when i go there to collect the cheque they deduct 50 aed servise charges for the ticket i never used.

FlyDubai charging extra with no service

Dear sir, 7g12b6 bilal 1 lyp - dxb 22 nov 2015 23 nov 2015 completed this is my booking detail reason for writing this e mail to flydubai is that I have travelled through flydubai flight fz 324 on 23nov2015 and seq no 0075 and paid 2, 910 / - pkr equivalent to 100 / - dhs for extra leg room and while selecting seat it shows 6d seat is with xlgr but inside aircraft staff told me that this is an old fdd aircraft so your seat is without xlgr. When I said I have paid for xlgr and its mentioned on boarding pass as well staff said sorry sir we cannot do anything you have to sit on your seat which is 6d without extra leg room. I did not see a professional behaviour and facilitation from flydubai which is discouraging. You people have committed and did not deliver which is a very sad part of poor service from you. Sir I want my extra 100 / - dhs back for that service which is charged and not provided by flydubai to me. Worst service I have ever seen by fly dubai people. Cheater cheater and cheater. FlyDubai booking was incorrectly altered, and now additional payment is due from me!

On 9 November 2015, I booked a return flight from Dubai to Zanzibar (booking reference 7N8CR2) on FlyDubai. On 17 November, I accessed the booking on flydubai.com to find out how much it would cost to change the return leg to a later date. The webpage gave me the available price and the amount to be paid. Looking at the price difference, I decided not to proceed with the date change, and went back to the initial booking page. From there, I decided to cancel the return leg (ZNZ-DXB) instead. The refund amount was calculated (less fees) and I was informed that the amount will be refunded in the form of vouchers. I pressed “proceed” and ended up at a page which told me that there are issues at the backend system and I was asked to initiate the whole process again. When I went back to the start page, I realized that my return leg was now changed to a later date and an additional payment of approx AED 2, 300 is due from me. This came as a big surprise as I had not proceeded with the change of date, never went to a payment page nor received any email with a revised booking. I immediately called the FlyDubai hotline, and was asked to write an email to [protected]@flydubai.com (case reference [protected]). The auto-reply tells me that the customer service team will get back to me within 24-48 hours….something which has not happened so far. Since then, I have called the hotline another 5 times speaking to various customer service representatives, to no solution in sight. Now, I risk losing my one way booking from DXB-ZNZ if I do not pay the additional amount of AED2, 300 by the deadline stipulated by FlyDubai. I cannot accept that I am now booked on a flight I did not choose, am forced to pay for it and nobody even bothers to seriously look into my complaint.

With my 15 hours of layover between my flights in Dubai on 10.11.2015 (both from Fly Dubai), I have requested the company a free hotel. However, they never responded my email. Now I stand before the option of spending horrible 15 hours in Dubai airport!

FlyDubai bad customer services

Today early morning 14-10-2015 I booked ticket from flydubai site from Dubai to Kazan (two way ) and price with very cheaper and super 297 /- aed with reference number SWULP6 and payment in 24 hours and i get confirmation letter from reservation department and today at 10:00 am I went to flydubai office in Ajman to pay but he refused to settle the amount and told me that my booking has been cancelled by me through website which is not correct then he called the supervisor in main offic and he told him th booking cancelled due the limited time which it is not correct again as my time till 02:38 am on 15 October . Then I has been called the contact centre then they told me that my booking is cancelled due the limited time 01:00am on date 14 on October how is coming that if my booking was booked at 02:39 am then she hold my call and when the call backed she told me that the booking has been cancelled by flydubai team as they canceled all the booking as it was erro in their system Sorry flydubai it big company and high name how flydubai staffs keeping cheating me and cancelled my booking without my permission, where is the customer services .. honestly i feeling very bad because of their cheating

FlyDubai bad policy and worst customer serive

I had a flight from Jeddah to Male, Maldives and there was a transfer at Dubai. First of all, there was a big delay in Dubai and our flight had to land in a different airport and take-off again to get to Dubai. On top of that, there was a delay on my flight to Male as I received a text message noting a 7 hour delay. However, this was a big problem as I was suppose to meet my family in Male, Maldives. Ok, these things can happen so they had my understanding so far. I guess I was just unlucky for my trip.
So I booked another flights with Emirates from Dubai to Male to make it to my destination on time. Therefore, I had to cancel the flight with Fly Dubai from Dubai to Male. I arrived in Dubai and went to a Fly Dubai counter and they told me that they cannot cancel this because they don't have the authority. They told me that I had to call customer service. Very bad policy. They now put me in trouble for the delayed flight and make it very hard for me to cancel and get a refund. So I called Fly Dubai, on a roaming phone and get put on hold(thanks..), after a long time, customer representative tells me that I have to do this at the counter which I was just at. So I go back, but they said they cannot do it again... Now if I kept continuing with this, I could not make it to my newly booked flight with emirates so I decided to just leave an email with flydubai about all this hassel.
To cut this story short, in their email reply, they did not provide me a solution and kept avoiding a clear answer.
Now I have no refund for my flight, and have been treated completely unfair.
I will not consider them again unless they come up with a good solution for my problems.

FlyDubai revoke my ticket cancellation request

It’s very disappointing and downgrading as a customer that nobody from Fly-Dubai has responded to my email after the incident I reported to them couple of days back. Inspite of calling multiple times nobody cares to help or give any reasonable response. I never had such sickening response from any of the service based company. It seems Fly Dubai doesn’t need loyal customers like us anymore. I believe I should cascade the complete incident to all my contacts and ask them not to travel with Fly Dubai, as Fly Dubai doesn’t care their passengers anymore. You people don’t even bother that your passengers are suffering because of you.

I’m writing this email with hope of my last try. I’ve reported the incident to your customer care and through multiple emails. Just to brief here, I booked 2 tickets from Fly Dubai website on 2nd Sept 2015 from Dubai to Delhi for travelling date 22nd Sept.2015 .While checking the cancellation process my friend wrongly pressed cancel button on your website and somehow my tickets got cancelled. Immediately within 2 minutes I called to your customer call center and explained the complete situation to agent at call center. That agent asked me to send an email to [protected]@flydubai.com and even he mentioned during the conversation that my cancellation request can be revoked and I don’t need to pay anything extra. Immediately after the call, I sent an email to [protected]@flydubai.com but the response I got from them is really shocking for me that they can’t do anything on this. They mentioned in the email that the voucher has been generated for my cancellation request. But for your information till now I’ve not received any email for cancellation or for any voucher. After all this I again called to your customer care but the response was same as in email. Even I sent another email for which I am still waiting for reply. I’ve attached the emails related to this incident.

I still have my Fly Dubai return tickets if nothing happens then I need to cancel that as well and close all the future travelling plan with FLY Dubai. This incident is a blank stain for Fly-Dubai’s goodwill and it will spoiled the complete reputation that you people have built during these days. Till now me and my wife are choosing Fly-Dubai as our best comfortable airline for our travels but after this don’t expect us look back.

Even I will circle this incident in my contacts and inform them the attitude you people have towards your passengers and request them not to travel with Fly-Dubai. I will this incident on my Facebook page so that people should come to know about this.

Dear sir / madam,
1. I am a frequent traveller of fly dubai which can be checked from your record. Besides my own self my children have also travelled by your esteemed airline a number of times. It is pertinent to mention here that in the past during our visits, fly dubai management, karachi never asked me for any security deposit for visit visa, which can be confirmed form the record of flydubai office, karachi.
2. In june, my wife, mrs. Shaista masood and my younger son, musa masood khan applied for visit visas to dubai, the manager of fly dubai office, karachi, mr. Atif mirza received an amount of pkr 17600 / - from my wife as cost of visa charges vice fly dubai office, karachi receipt no. 5426 (Copy attached) . The manager told my wife that it would take a couple of days to get the visas. However, after about 4 days, when my wife inquired from the visa officer of fly dubai office, karachi namely miss mehwish, it was disclosed that the visa had not been applied by them. Resultantly, my wife went to the fly dubai office, karachi and complained to the manager, he falsely replied that the visas had been in process. In addition, i also called the manager on which he said that he would expedite. The same day, miss mehwish informed my wife that our visas had been applied.
3. Unfortunately, even after a lapse of about more than two months, to date, the manager has not informed us whether the visa has been approved or otherwise. We don’t know whether the money deposited in fly dubai office at karachi has been genuinely used in case the visas have been rejected or eaten up by the manager.
4. May i also complaint against the most arrogant and bullish attitude of the manager fly dubai, karachi, who misbehaved with my wife during her visit to his office and also with me on phone. Being a sales representative, his attitude had been more like a bureaucrat or a policeman rather then a polite salesman which is highly detrimental to the norms of a service oriented industry and shall bring name to fly dubai. His arrogance and haughtiness can be judged from the mere fact that he has not informed us about the fate of our application for visa even to date. Due to his bad manners and snobbish attitude, besides wastage of money and non availability of visas, my entire family has gone into depression and frankly cursing ourselves as to why did we apply through fly dubai.
5. May i also put forward this question that if the security deposit money had been the issue then why did fly dubai karachi office forwarded my applications for visas several times in the past and last year my three children, taimur khan, alina khan and bilal khan also travelled without any security deposit. Secondly, in the instant case, again in absence of the security deposit money, why did he accept the money for processing the visas as per the attached receipt?
6. In the end i would like to lodge a strong complaint against the country manager, fly dubai office, karachi and request you for an inquiry so that the facts come to the fore in order to give me my family and my friends, the confidence and trust to travel by fly dubai in the future.
7. I shall be eagerly waiting for your quick action.

Mr. Atif Mirza is a known crook and Fly Dubai is a known crooked airline. He ripped me off and then refused to even receive my calls and even see me when I went to meet him at the Fly Dubai office in Karachi in front of Ayesha Bawani. Buht madar chod admi hai...beware everyone!

FlyDubai no refund and the worst customer service

I will never travel with that company! i cancelled my booking online, i requested for a refund on my credit card, as i was not traveling to fly to Dubai anymore.
Was trying to reach the company and i was always on hold, after 25 min i gave up
company has enough stupidity not to reply back on my emails!
they issued me a voucher and stated that they are not planning to continue a discussions without me

FlyDubai refund

Hello, I purchased a ticket from flydubai online for a friend using my Visa card on 28/3/15 and for some reason the operators of the flydubai website neglected to inform me that this flight was cancelled so they let me go ahead to pay for the ticket. After all was complete my friend received an email saying the flight was not available. I have tried to send emails to their so called support team but nothing has been done. I don't understand why they would let someone pay for a flight that is not available. That is THEFT. And now they don't want to payback my money!

FlyDubai cancelled my flight

Dear flydubai's Owners,

Hello i'm Fadel El Deek, Lebanese living in Jeddah, i just want to complain about what happened yesterday with me in dubai international airport terminal 2 with your flight, i came to do my boarding and i was surprised when your mangers told me that i cant travel, because this flight was only for Omrra travellers .. Is possible a big company as FlyDubai to do a big mistake like that ?! I told them my exit is only for 3 days ( kherouj w 3awdah) i cant stay in duabi, because i will loose my residency in ksa, the only one solution was to travel to Hefouf( Ehsaa) just to enter the saudi's land .. then to go by car to riyadh airport ( 3 hours) then to wait 4 hours for the flight &7:00 am .. that means i spent 12 hours from duabi to jeddah plus i paid more than 1200 riyals saudi .. anyway i need i quick reply because now i will never trust you, i wil never travel with you and i will never advise anyone to go with you ..

FlyDubai beware of flydubai even it offers reasonable tickets; they will definitely cost you more!!

I would like to bring this notice to all the readers and to warn them that before booking a ticket to a flight in flyDubai, Be prepared to the consequent trouble and harassment made by the FlyDubai for their own several reasons given..
First of all the date of the my return ticket from ist-to DXB was chnaged without my confirmation. The company refused to compansate our expenses for the extra day we have to spend in Dubai and basically told us that they cannot arrange any other flight for the same day (don't they have alliances or partners with some other airlines?)
They offered a refund yet it is not an option here, because I purchase the tickets 2 months ago when the ticket prices were still reasonable. Now they offer to refund my money and expect me to purchase a ticket 5 days before my flight!

I am not even mentioning how rude the staff on the call center was. They even hung up on me!

FlyDubai thiefs

flydubai 4 times did very stupid things first time they damaged my luggages despite i have insurance but they didnt accept to cover coz they confess only abt total damage, 2nd time did take extra money online booking 3rd time they charged me 2 times amount of same day same ticket here i had very big argument and the 4th time was yesterday [protected] ) the airplane fz159 at going from dubai to beirut at crazy stupid drunk b...ch girl was sitting next to me and she did very crazy things but flydubai kept selling wine and alcohol to this b..ch that was bothering all the people sitting 28th (a, b, c, d, e, f) 29th (abcdef)and 30th (def) row all complained her name is Lynn and we will find out her last name soon and complain legally, i never advice anyone to go by this airplane

FlyDubai missing of luggage

I am a pakistani but I live in saudi arabia now a days and I work here... Anyway 27.11.2014 I traveled from multanl to algaseem via dubai. When we reached the airport in algaseem I could not get one of my luggage... They told me do not be worried we will find your baggage. Flydubai counter at algaseem airport, they are not cooperating with me about my lost luggage. Can you solve my problem? How can I find my luggage, please help me about it or tell me any procedure about it.

FlyDubai making up laws against the gcc immigration law

I was travelling from Doha to Dubai on fly dubai. I am an Egyptian citizen with saudi residency "as a housewife" I am married to an american citizen and we were both travelling from Doha to Dubai but mjy husband was travelling on fly emirates and his flight was schdualed 18:15 and my flight was schdualed 18:30 so he was to reach dubai minimum of 15 minutes before me but in a different terminal so the stupid flydubai staff refused to allow me to travel since I am not on the same flight as my husband claiming that I will not be able to get my visa at dubai airport "but in fact I issued a visa in the UAE 2 times before without my husband travelling with me but he was already in the country as I am not allowed to enter the country without him being there" as the GCC law states that for GCC residences I am allowed to enter all countires of the GCC with my saudi residency on the condition of my husband being in that country but the staff was too stupid to understand that and did not follow the law and forced us to buy a ticket for my husband on my same flight eventhough he was travelling on fly emirates on the same times almost.. and even after him trying to buy a ticket they asked only me to buy another return ticket claiming that it's necessary since I don't have a residency in UAE and I would've done so if they asked my husband to do so as well because also he doesn't have a residency there but they did not "maybe because of his american passport they were extra nice to him and extra rude and did not cooperate with me what so ever.. so it's really irritating to witness discrimination in that rude way" and keeping in mind that I am 16 weeks pregnant.. and the funny thing is that I asked the staff of this silly airlines if my husband travels on his schdualed flight and I don't and then I come back on a different flight the next day "so he would already be in dubai" will you allow me to board they answered with a stupid unjustified NO.. even though I've done exactly the same thing 2 times before on two diffetent airlines.. and the funny thing is that I went to the fly emirates "the national carrier of UAE" and asked them about the whole situation and they answered that by law I have the right to travel without my husband's company if he was registered on the immigration system of UAE to be inside the country and I booked a ticket with fly emirates and traveled the same day. And this is the difference between a decent airline and a greedy airline that is making up laws just to get us to buy 2 more tickets in a very cheap discriminative manner.

FlyDubai payment refund

The flight from colombo to dubai, we made the online booking, and he also had the payment card copy details,

He had made the cash payment and booked another ticket.
When I called the fly dubai, they are not giving the refund back.

I am now in a hurry to amend my colleague's ticket. So I did what I usually do and go to their website. Manage Booking is missing! They have this new feature of booking for multiple people. And that's the only feature that works! Heck even Contacts link isn't working! Needless to say, disappointment is a huge understatement!

FlyDubai bagage

My children flew with Fly Dubai(fromDubai) to Bishkek, one suitcase got lost for the duration of two weeks, contents of this suitcase were new bought clothes for their 2 week holiday.So had to buy new clothing, new fishing rods and campinggear. My children are home now and the suitcase is now at Schiphol, I have to collect it myself, I live two hours from Schiphol, so it"s a 4 hour drive( if I had a car )or by train which costs me money..again. Today I received an email, they will not deliver the suitcase at my home adress and there is no insurance policy for costs I have made and have to make, they will, however give a 150 USD vouchers to be spent at ...guess..Fly Dubai! Is there anybody out there who shares the same bad experience with Flydubai?I am so angry and have been sent left, right and centre..I just want my suitcase back, here deliverd at my door, it is not my fault they lost it, all together it was a very costly holiday and now on top of it Ihave to go to Schiphol!Is ther no other way to get my suitcase back or money instead of vouchers, I still have to make expenses for something which is not my fault !

Hi I am regular customer of fly Dubai and I having a complaint regarding service issue, Your service is very poor without prior notice why your flight no FZ583 is getting delayed for 3 hours on 15 Dec 2016 at 3:15 am. Waiting for 3 hours is much paindful for passengers. Kindly do something for better service...

Flight FZ 019 was delayed twice, we a proched the front desck for information and your agent have us an attitude . We asked him the way we can complain and he stated im the one responsible for this gate and you can complain to me. Also he made fun of the customers by making somechallenging & bad statements.

it was the first time using flydubai airlines and was disappointing for the unjustified delay we were sitting in the airplane for 1:30 minutes without knowing what is happening. i don't think that i will recommend or use this carrier any more.

I have purchased the prime at 11000rs and we have gone to makkah for umrah we gave many followup to the staff or jeddah but they were saying they will send asap but atlast we couldn't recd the prime now we r back to mumbai we want the claim of my prime
Plz do the needfull ...

I try to book through fly dubai, I inter the information of my card and then not continue the screen is freze, so I book with rehlat same time and dates with fly dubai, suddenly fly dubai deduct the money and send booking confirmation which mean I have know two tickets with same time and dates on fly dubai, so please what I can do know?

Hi, my name is necula constantin alexandru and I booked a fly from bucharest henri coanda to goa charter and return on 12 march 2016, flight no. Fz-798 and fz-4511. They canceled both flays and didn't return me the money until today. I emailed them a thousand times and I asked them for the refound and they didnt do anithing. Shame on them!

FlyDubai continuous delays and lack of courtesy toward customers

I use Fly Dubai on a weekly basis to fly from Doha to Dubai and I can
say with confidence that not once did a Fly Dubai flight arrive or
depart as scheduled. This past Saturday, February 22nd was the most
horrible experience I have encountered yet. My flight, FZ-019 which was
scheduled to depart DXB at 21:35 did not leave until 23:45. Of course
this information was not relayed to customers until check-in. As
part of the online reservation and check-in process, customers are
required to enter a phone number so that the airline can contact the
individual in case of an emergency or unforeseen delay such as the one I
experienced on Saturday. I always carry out my own due diligence as a
customer and arrive punctually for my flights only to realize that Fly
Dubai has failed to hold up their end of the bargain and habitually
shows up late time and time again. The least you can do as an airline
is inform your customers of such delays either through a simple courtesy
call or through an email. Why else are we asked to provide you with
our contact information? Even after waiting another 2 hours before the gate finally opened, we
were asked yet again to wait a second time after we boarded the bus that
is used to shuttle us to the plane. We stood on the bus without any
further word for another 20 minutes before it finally started moving.
After finally arriving to the plane we were asked yet again to wait
another 30 minutes to allow for the remaining passengers to be picked up
and transported to the plane. It is apparent that Fly Dubai
has an issue with proactively planning its flights so that circumstances
like these do not arise. If this was an isolated incident, I would not
be wasting my time with an email. However, this occurs EVERY SINGLE
WEEK. Not once has your airline been punctual. It is quite
disconcerting. I understand yours is a budget airline, but there is no
excuse for being consistently late. This disgruntled employee
is willing to pay the extra few hundred dirhams and reserve his next
trip with either Qatar Airways or Emirates. At least the offer piece of
mind, something Fly Dubai will never understand.

We are sitting inside this plane now and departure time was 9:05am. It 10am now and we are still inside and its not flying. Pathetic experience and mismanagement of staff.
