They have now opened under the name FLUID IMS, another scam please beware and don't give your credit cards at any cost to these criminals.
Same thing has happened to me, this so called company is a scam, i have paid them $299NZD and they have not performed the service they said they would, they are no longer replying to emails, the 3 phones numbers in NZ, Australia and the UK just ring with no answer phone, and then it hangs up, i have sent them over 10 emails and contacted them via Facebook yet nothing, i am now pursuing my refund via other means, but be warned stay away from anyone from this company who rings you, they will rip you off as they have done to others, i will be circulating this round to as many people as i can.
Have a look at the premises they supposedly rent in Manchester, looks like a run down slum. The company office is located in a very ordinary suburban house. They do not respond to emails and they do not provide any service whatsoever. Complete sham as far as I am concerned.
I disagree as this so called business Fluid IMS is a joke, the advisors are bossy, abrupt and extremely rude, I had a call from someone called 'peter' who threatened to come and rape me and my daughter their sick in their heads and i hope this business is shut down before they commit any more crime

Fluid IMS is not associated with the above mentioned company. We do not employ anybody under those names. A simple company search will reveal who the true company directors are.
In addition to these allegations we do not store credit card data. Security is a top priority for Fluid IMS. To that end, we meet and exceed all industry-standard payment security practices to protect our customers.
Due to the nature of the complaint and the close relations we keep with our clients we can only surmise that it is one of the following persons who has written this.
A) Competitor
B) Disgruntled Employee
