My husband and I met with Jeff at the Florida Executive Search in October 2008. After a couple of meetings (some of which were rescheduled many times by them) it wasn't until February 2009 they had a resume they prepared for us. The resume was so bad, I had to rewrite it. It has now been a year and they have NEVER sent one prospect to my husband. We cannot call them as no one answers the phone - the only contact is via email and they often times go unanswered.
Something must be done to get them to stop taking people's money with promises to perform that they do not come through with. I contacted them in December and again in January to get a refund but they said they did too much work and had already provided us with a printout of who they sent the resumes to, so they could not refund the $6500 we paid them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello - did anyone here ever start a class action suit against Jeff, Robert and Jack? I can not find that case no. in the system? THanks

Jeff is an employee of Florida Executive search and will steal your money and not preform. He is a crook!
Jeff will promise a first class resume but it will be an old one copied and pasted. When you call him out on it he will not return calls or emails. I hope this helps dont get ripped off from Jeff Shine (Shyne). Keep in mind anybody who changes the spelling of his name from each company has something to hide

Truly incredible they are still in operation, I was under the misguided impression they had been shut down by Randi I'm obviously too naive. i got a job through my own contacts from one of the companies they had supposedly sent my resume to when i asked the HR lady if she had seen it previously she said no and that was true for all the outfits I called to check up on so they are truly pond life deserving of a term in prison or at the minimum total financial ruin

I have experienced the same misfortune from these gentlemen and want to pursue activity against them. I went through the Office of the Attorney General to start an investigation. It's unbelievable that they are still operating somewhere - just shows how much money they scammed from all of us. Want to get in touch with you.

No matter how good salesmen the infamous Jeff Shyne a.k.a Shine a.k.a Patrick Murphy etc, Robert Milgroom a.k.a Milgram etc and their third partner "Jack Law", it does not take away the fact that the only thing they are interested is in how much money they can steal from you.
I hope and if I was religious I would pray that it is indeeed true that their cowardly and criminal money stealing and laundering operation has indeed been shut down.
I also hired them and during the numerous contacts I made in their direction, I never got a single name or number as to where they would have sent my resume. Nothing. The only thing I got were roundabout copy-paste answers full of air and lies lies lies.
I hope I run into one of you on the street one day cause I want my money back.
I knew nothing about this company until I googled it and came up with web site after web site screaming "fraud" and "scam". So the issue of an investigation or lawsuit, is only relevant for victims recouping their money - FES's reputation speaks for itself and the corporation was dissolved in January. As for the illiterate angry blogger, whether you are a former employee, principal of the company or relative of one, your responses speak for themselves and the company as well. No legitimate or reputable company would ever permit someone to respond to these rants or post on this site and most certainly not in the sad, pathetic way that you do. As I said, all of this speaks for itself. My sympathies to the victims of these con artists.

Let me also comment on your criminal investigation part. You are correct; the state is not pursing a criminal investigation. The law states that stealing over
5, 000 is a felony, and any individual can pursue felony charges in a civil case .

I hired a team of lawyers for this. It is not about the money I make more than enough now, with no help from you.

Maybe you should do some research before posting. Jeff Shine/Shyne is currently an employee of FES and was with the Princeton group prior to that.
The reason you are hiding from that is the current class action law suit against you
As far the anonymous complaints, well I was told by my lawyer as long as the law suit is active keep it anonymous.

Jack Law lured me in to the office in a time of need. Once there Jeff Shyne made promises of an executive profile and resume. I received my profile and resume 5
months after my first visit. They both had spelling errors and my resume had the address of a different person. I had to go to the office in person for a resolution as
the phone system only goes to voice mail. In 18 months not one interview or phone call about my resumes. One of the companies my resume was allegedly sent to
my neighbor is the VP of HR. When I asked if they received my resume there was no record. I called 11 of the search firm that allegedly received my resume.
Three asked me for Jeff's number to have them stop giving their name out; the resumes were never sent.
If you look you will see the Princeton group and FES are the same company with the same thieves. Jeff Shine(Shyne) needs to go to jail for fraud.
They are taking money from people who don't have it to give but are desperate. They need to be stopped.

I signed up with them and in 15 months not one phone call or interview. If you call the phone goes to VM and never a return call.
When I contacted the recruiters they supposedly sent my resumes to, they had no record of me .

SImon Yeo was always treated professionally, but what SImon Yeo leaves out is that he started his own company and is trying to get out of a contract he signed. So SImon Yeo - if you are going to name people, you shoul dbe brave enough to list your name.
There is in fact a Jeff Shine at FES and in my opinion, he is one of the most unethical people I have ever had the unfortunate case to come across. I signed with FES in October 2008 and paid $5000. Not one call, not one interview. When I asked what companies my resume was sent to, they said that was not how they worked. This company has an F rating with the BBB. They have numerous lawsuits against them, and mine very well be next. They operate on the very edge of their contracts. If enough of us write reports on complaint boards, and to the BBB, perhaps we can at least warn away a few potential customers before they get scammed like we did.
I made the stupid mistake of using FES’ dubious services last year and of the 150 companies they were supposed to have sent my “professionally” scripted resume to NONE had any record of receiving it. Of the agencies on the list one was furious that they had been mentioned and immediately wanted FES’ details to initiate legal moves to prevent FES and Milgroom using their good name again.
I think Jeff has changed his name to Patrick Murphy to keep ahead of the authorities, however, he is still just as useless. As he occasionally signs e-mails Jeff!
These guys are the biggest crooks you will ever find. Starting with Milgram or Milgrom or Milgrim...different last names he uses. They are taking advantage of people who find themselves in a weak situation and are looking to hear all the nice BS they say like...we will get you a six figure job in 3 to 6 months...you are good but alone you can't do it...leave it up to us "the experts". I just can't believe they keep doing this for so long and the courts and Florida's business bureaus are not doing a thing. Not only are they crooks but they have time to go into websites like this to defend themselves. I hope some day maybe a local TV station will expose them.

You never called the office, you never left a message and thatis all a mott point as you were not nor will you ever be a client of the firm.
