My husband and I met with Jeff at the Florida Executive Search in October 2008. After a couple of meetings (some of which were rescheduled many times by them) it wasn't until February 2009 they had a resume they prepared for us. The resume was so bad, I had to rewrite it. It has now been a year and they have NEVER sent one prospect to my husband. We cannot call them as no one answers the phone - the only contact is via email and they often times go unanswered.

Something must be done to get them to stop taking people's money with promises to perform that they do not come through with. I contacted them in December and again in January to get a refund but they said they did too much work and had already provided us with a printout of who they sent the resumes to, so they could not refund the $6500 we paid them.

You are a liar. You never met with someone named Jeff or anything close to that. You are not the client of the firm - your husband was. Do not blame the lack of communication in your marriage on third parties. You never called, you never left a voice message and you never requested a refund. And in all reality, since you werre not the client you had noo right to anything.

You never met with a "Jeff" or anyone with a name close to that. You in fact are not even a client of the firm. The fact that your husband was a client is besides the point. You never called the office, you never left a message and thatis all a mott point as you were not nor will you ever be a client of the firm.

Do not blame the world for the lack of communication in your marriage.

These guys are the biggest crooks you will ever find. Starting with Milgram or Milgrom or Milgrim...different last names he uses. They are taking advantage of people who find themselves in a weak situation and are looking to hear all the nice BS they say like...we will get you a six figure job in 3 to 6 months...you are good but alone you can't do it...leave it up to us "the experts". I just can't believe they keep doing this for so long and the courts and Florida's business bureaus are not doing a thing. Not only are they crooks but they have time to go into websites like this to defend themselves. I hope some day maybe a local TV station will expose them.

I made the stupid mistake of using FES’ dubious services last year and of the 150 companies they were supposed to have sent my “professionally” scripted resume to NONE had any record of receiving it. Of the agencies on the list one was furious that they had been mentioned and immediately wanted FES’ details to initiate legal moves to prevent FES and Milgroom using their good name again.

I think Jeff has changed his name to Patrick Murphy to keep ahead of the authorities, however, he is still just as useless. As he occasionally signs e-mails Jeff!

There is in fact a Jeff Shine at FES and in my opinion, he is one of the most unethical people I have ever had the unfortunate case to come across. I signed with FES in October 2008 and paid $5000. Not one call, not one interview. When I asked what companies my resume was sent to, they said that was not how they worked. This company has an F rating with the BBB. They have numerous lawsuits against them, and mine very well be next. They operate on the very edge of their contracts. If enough of us write reports on complaint boards, and to the BBB, perhaps we can at least warn away a few potential customers before they get scammed like we did.

What closeddownFES fails to mention i shis real name, he hides behind an anonymous posting. Well SIMON YEO, you have been found out. SImon Yeo was always treated professionally, but what SImon Yeo leaves out is that he started his own company and is trying to get out of a contract he signed. So SImon Yeo - if you are going to name people, you shoul dbe brave enough to list your name.
