The flooding has been a real pain this last few years and are going to be in real trouble again...but the difference is that we are all used to it. Why?
This couldn't be stopped but we can still get some preventions
http://www.stormtec.net/ can be one of the solution but still we need some information about those products.
The earliest will be the best thanks

As a sandbag alternative, nothing compares to HydraBarrier (www.hydrabarrier.com).

HydraBarrier is a long vinyl tube that can be filled with water to create a barrier similar to traditional sandbags against flooding, but in a far easier, lighter, less messy, and eco-friendly way.

The HydraBarrier sandbag alternative is easy to deploy and can be filled in drained easily-- making it easy-to-use, "eco-friendly, " and a modern substitute for traditional sandbags.

See for yourself why HydraBarrier is the premiere sandbag alternative at www.hydrabarrier.com.
