Horrible service!

This company promised my sim card to be delivered to my house within two weeks of me accepting their terms. four months later i still haven't seem or heard from them and they took money out of my account for services they did not deliver!

I am furious!!!

My wife cancelled the contract with Flexi Cell ages ago, but we noticed this morning that Flexi Cell is still deducting money from her account every month as per bank statement we requested. This is daylight robbery when deductions are being made with no service delivery. Please advise what's the next step to take as all this money deducted must be refunded. Please revert urgently. Flexi Cell deduct on my bank account on the 25th of every month, but they delay to provide airtime. This is the really horrible service and I'm thinking of cancelling this contract with them. my contract number is 078 453 1050

It has been five days ago since my first complain and I haven't heard anything from you. An amount of R119.00 is going off my account everymonth since November last year.

I still haven't received any sim card from you, which means I have received no airtime. I have paid almost R 1200.00 by now and still received nothing from you.
