I have had a membership for over 1 year. I went to the facility this morning, and the doors were locked. A sign from the landlord indicated the tenant has not paid rent. No notice to customers! What a joke. I will immediately cancel via my bank any EFT. I tried local number and corporate headquarters phone numbers. No answer locally and "disconnected" at headquarters. What an unprofessional organization.

I have had membership for 1 1/2 years at Fitness 19 Avery Ranch doors closed for failure to pay rent. Again, no answer locally and corporate numbers disconnected. My conundrum other than monthly dues is I have paid for 16 personal training sessions. Very unprofessional and no help from Fitness 19!
