It has been 4 weeks and i still have not gotten my cpr card iam pissed now hearing and seeing that none of these people have yet either now i know its just a scam site...does anybody have a phone number of anything to call to talk to somebody about this i really need to give these *** holes a piece of my mind!

Dear Sir/Madam:

While I understand your frustration at not having received your order I want to point something out - instead of leaving a nasty, hateful and - most importantly - anonymous comment (which is not only offensive but is also unproductive) you can simply contact us at support@firstaidweb.com (as instructed numerous times on our website). We reply to EVERY email (please make sure that our emails are not blocked by your ISP's spam blocker!) Our support team will be happy to assist you (that's what we're here for) in tracking your order or, failing that, promptly sending you a replacement order. It's that simple. We process and ship approximately 2, 000 order each month so it's inevitable that USPS may occasionally mis-direct or lose an envelope. I guarantee that we have NOTHING to gain by NOT sending you your order. Posting ugly comments without so much as telling us who you are is plain silly and certainly won't help us help you. Again, it's support@firstaidweb.com - but PLEASE, when writing us, be courteous (try to refrain from as you put it "giving us a piece of your mind") and at the very least provide us with your name and order number so that we may be able to assist you. Short of that, our hands are tied.

I, too have been trying to get a hold of firstaidweb. They never reply to my emails either and refuse to provide a phone number to get in contact with them. I can asee there are complaints all over the internet against this company. I'd suggest skipping this company when looking to get yoiur certification.

I have the same experience. I took the test and paid for my CPR and First Aid wall certificate. It's been almost a month and it still has not come yet. I've tried to contact them through the support e-mail, but nothing has happened and not response so far. I'll definitely will NOT recommend this site to anybody.

This happened to me as well. I paid for my CPR card and took the test. It's been almost a month and it still has not come yet. I've tried to contact them through the support e-mail, but nothing has happened besides the usual, "We regret to learn your order failed to reach you in a timely manner. Please contact us at support@firstaidweb.com so that we may confirm your shipping details and promptly send replacement certification." I told them they had the right address and please send it to me ASAP...Absolutely nothing. Guess I'll keep waiting. Definitely will NOT recommend this site to my co-workers
