Suddenly a charge of $12.95 appeared on my Verizon bill for Voice Mail services provided by this company. I never dealt with this company before and I do not have an account with them. They appeared to have opened this account for some Eric. I do not know anyone by this name.

Problem is First Rate Voice Service opened an account for Eric on a phone number which is not owned by him.

the stupid bank which we have heard all about. these burgers don't know what nre accounts. i rem when the uti bank manager was fixed and its the same. uti is urine therapy injection and very reason cause i have lost 1 lac in this bank.

same thing just happene to me with this company an one email a day two different companies that i got billed by on my verizon bill

i called these companies and they gave me the person's name same person so i looked them up there number was one off mine so i think the person did the scam by changing one number i called them and told them they best not do it again

100% service connected disabled vet scammed by First Rate Voice Service billed on AT&T account $12.95 mthly. Called their customer service, and they claimed that a person unknown to us had ordered this service, and they got the wrong phone number (which is relayed to AT&T who will have the name and address related to the number given). Service for First Rate is Enhanced Service, so you have to go through 3 companies to get an answer. AT&T refused to remove fraudulant charge; Enhanced said they would credit (?) in sixty days, AT&T said they would whow a claim on the account andcred it after getting credit from Enhanced. Have gone to Attorney General, will file on these people, will report to VA to take action because of scam against disabled vet who is also mentally incompetent. Welcome to the real world. These scum-bags will do anything for a dollar. They are a bunch of sickies.
