First Point Power review: Signing me up without permission & non response

I noticed on this month's electric bill and with further checking that last month's bill had me receiving my elctricity supplied from First Point Power and not the company with which I have an 18 month contract. I did not authorize nor had I ever heard of this company before I noticed it on my bill. I called the company with which I have my contract and they said they had received a change of supply from this company for me. They also suggested that I call them and talk to them. I am unable to talk to anyone at this company. I have left two messages on Friday, May 23. The message said I would receive a response within 4 hours. I have received none. I tried to leave a message today but their mailbox was full and could no longer receive any messages. I plan on paying for my electricity as I do not want it turned off but I plan on calling my contract company before I do and have them become my suppoier again.
