I am a former employee of Titlemax and i am very proud to say "FORMER". I devoted every bit of my time and efforts for years to this company for them to decide one that i was no longer needed. It has come to my attention that i am only one of the many employee's that this has happened to. Thier excuse was that the company decided to go in a different direction. WHATEVER!!! What direction is left to go in when you have already filed bankruptcy. I do know that before i was let go the company promoted several employee's from a CSR postion to an OVER STAFF MANAGER position, just skipped over the ASST MANAGER making them feel belittled, not worthy. Well i knew something was very wrong with that picture, now i see. After promoting these people and giving them a pay raise they needed a place to put them, so what better way to do this than to start firing all the manager's for any reason under the sun. LITERALLY! This company is the most money hungry company i have ever worked for. I will advise anyone who is considering employment with this company to rethink it again, again, and again. The employee's are two-faced, backstabbing, low down good for nothing people. They will get thier day i'm sure of it!
