Do not be fooled by Internet or other coupons from Firestone !! They get their money back in the end. I went online for a quote and a "coupon" for four new Destination tires. I was so excited to find a buy three get one free deal! The quote they gave was all four tires for $550.00, wat a deal!! Well once the tires were on my vehicle and it was time to pay, the final bill was $678.00!! Due to the "required" warranty that you have to purchase and other fees that they do not tell you about up front. SO, if you think you are getting a good deal from Firestone because you found a "coupon" do not be fooled, it is a rip off!!

When they create a workorder they are required to get your signature verifying the service requested and pricing. If you did not sign this at that time then you are not required to pay for any service and they have no defense on what was originally quoted to you. The road hazard warranty which I assume is what you are referring to is also "optional" so whoever told you it was required needs to find a new employer. Firestone is a great company that always puts the customer first and has given the manager an incredible amount of room to take care of the customer. Unfortunately this did not happen in your case, although being that it is still fairly recent it may be worth a phone call to the district manager of that area and I'm sure they will be more than happy to resolve your issue. I wish you the best and hope that you will give Firestone another shot at earning your business.
