FitnessUSA review: still being billed

My Wife had a membership to fitness usa which went out of business several years ago in our area. I had notice some charges on our account and for months the phone number attached to the charges could not figure out what it was. Well finally a few month ago they finally figured it out. I guess a company called fitness us bought fitness usa's customers and is continuing to bill us. The closest gym they have to us is 30 minutes away. So a few months back I thought I have everything closed after talking someone at the gym but nope I'm still being billed.
