This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I signed up for Financial Solutions Consumer Center's (FSCC) program to help me get out of debt. Apparently I was hiring an attorney to settle the debts, but at NO POINT did I ever have contact with an attorney. I was told that if I had a problem, I instead would have to talk to customer service reps -- who did nothing for me. The whole thing seemed pretty shady.

After a short period of time, I decided to cancel their services, as I felt it was a scam. They did nothing to help convince me otherwise that they would actually settle my debts - nor could I find any information online that they actually got ANYONE out of debt. Therefore I canceled their services after paying an initial $700 at that point. Silly me to even sign up.

Upon asking for a refund of this money, since no services were rendered, I was denied a refund. Actually, I called and wrote letters over and over and over again, and each time no one would respond to me. I even went so far as to hire my own attorney to get my money back, and Financial Solutions Consumer Center (FSCC) refused to even talk to MY attorney! If that's not a scam and a rip off, I don't know what is!

I did some investigation, and according to this website http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/creditors-information/financial-solutions.html, two of the executives of the company are convicted felons. I'm not surprised.

So here's what I've learned: RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I can only imagine how many people they have been victimized and ripped off before and after me. They claim to have an "A" rating with the BBB, but something tells me it is a phony BBB. They claim to have helped THOUSANDS of people get out of debt. Then why has nothing positive been written about them by ANYONE on the entire Internet?! Surely THOUSANDS of people would've raved about this company if they were so great... or realistically even 10 people?

Hopefully this company will get shut down by the authorities. I am out a lot of money, but hopefully you'll learn from my mistake. The moral of the story is not to do business with Financial Solutions Consumer Center.

Faircent provided me with a quick and quality loan at a fair interest rate. It was great how they evaluated many factors rather than credit score alone as a young loan seeker. Thank you! if your looking for a loan you have got to try at faircent, its no hassel and was done in 5 days and they said they would email me back and later that day I got a email and said every thing went through just fill out some banking info and it will be in bank in a couple days and it was. i couldn't believe it was that easy and fast.

After researching Faircent I decided to submit a loan application. They contacted me the following morning, explained the process and we discussed why I needed the loan. The application was processed and delivered without any complications. The service was not only professional but also very personable. Very happy I chose this company. It has been a wonderful experience with Faircent. Everything is so transparent and easy to understand and easy to get loan. What stands apart in Faircent is the short term loans or bridge loans which I am sure will click with individuals who are unable to get large amount. Faircent will make every opportunity count in our favour and guide us in getting the loan ASAP which I think is not possible in other p2p providers in India. Hats off to Faircent team. You should go stronger in the future.

I suggest you don't use them as they are a bait and switch organization. My guess is all their reviews on their site are fabricated. Their only interest is too take your hard earned money with no interest in helping you. I was looking for a loan as that is what they advertised, when they don't loan any money at all. As soon as I questioned some of his findings regarding my credit, the person at the other end kept talking over me with his scripted message he was reading from. When I said I DID NOT want to do debt consolidation/negotiate with the creditors, he hung up.

I paid 750. 00 for a loan modification in February 2009. In march they debited my account for another 750. 00. And stated they were working on my loan modification. In April my house was sent to foreclosure and i had to pay 5000. 00 to keep my home. Since then i have not been able to get my money back nor have they contacted my mortgage company about modification. Spoke with d long who stated they would still be able to help me but since i discharged them i cannot get my money back. And right now they are working with their current customers. I am taking them to court and if there is anyone that would like to sue them along with me please let me know.

wow, I for one know this company helped me a lot, everything they said they were going to do they did, I ended up getting out of debt in less than a year, the IRS was going to charge me 6k extra on taxes, they kept telling me file form 982, h and r block didnt know what that was, fscc kept telling me go to a different tax professional, I finally went to get my paperwork and a manager came to the place and showed them how to file form 982, worked and I didnt have to pay that extra, I have nothing but good to say about this company, I didnt ask for my money back, I was scared too but everything they said, they did...

You wanted to cancel after they started working on your file, with the reason of "you felt like it was a scam". So they did work and you want money back even though they did nothing wrong. Really?

I hire someone to come paint my house, after painting the front of my house (and doing a good job at it) I 'feel' like the painter may be a scam because I had a bad dream or my mommy said he looked like Nixon. I've been paying the painter hourly and had purchased the bucket of paint already put on my house. Do I demand a full refund? The painter loses time and money, he didn't do anything wrong, I just 'felt' like he was going to scam me.

You think they created a phoney BBB site?
You hired an attorney to get $700 back instead of filing small claims?
You list to a website where even the members know the post was from a disgruntled employee or competitor?
The only complaint online is you, so you think that means they are a scam? So by that logic, any good company with 0 complaints is obviously a scam. I guess when I start my company I'll be sure to post a few complaints first.

I smell a smear campaign. I for one thank you for bringing this to my attention as I am researching different companies, but your post makes me want to join them just to spite you.
