Oh my gosh, people I cannot believe that this is not fraud. This company falsely advertises movies to watch and they don't have the goods, the advertise free 5 day membership and get your credit card info and there is no place to log in to access the site. Then if you want to accelerate they charge your credit card $39.00 us to cancel the membership. Customer service support line is not open so the recording says so your only option is online cancelation that says they only charge a dollar to cancel but it is actually $39.00 us to cancel a free trial membership once you enter your credit card info. Do not be rooked in. I only wish I had researched this site first before isigned up but good news I cancelled my crefit card and the credit card company will reverse the charges. Yahay!

Hello! My credit card was debited on the 29th of December, 2016. I did not understand why and how that happened. Please do explain why my card was debited and I would also like a refund of my money please, especially as I did not subscribe to any of your online services. Hi, about 5 years ago someone took out membership for this company and I got charged, it was out an account that I never used so I did not know the debit was coming out. They took thousands out of that account without my knowledge. I called and got about £160 back and cancelled it immediately, this is about 18 months ago. I have just started using this account again and have been on-line banking and all this time they are taking £25 a month out of my account. help please.

I should have listened to my second voice. Not only was the product, quality movie streaming, grossly overrated, very few films were submitted for ratings. The $39.95 monthly debit card charge is deceptively charged without warning. I'm going to cancel that card for a new one. I got to "view" intermitently four terrible films and one I would have enjoyed save for thr poor transmission quality.

Like me you may have signed up for the free 5 day trial - then realised, d'oh! Anyway, don't worry. Phone the number they give to cancel and do the necessary - i.e. Cancel your membership. Then call your credit card company and cancel your card. This way is double insurance that they won't charge you for their so called service.

And relax.

I looked for a movie on this website; they said it was free and would not charge your credit card. After I filled out the introductory information, the movie wasn't even there. The charge showed up on my credit card. I called the company; the customer service representative said it would be refunded to my card. I have emailed them three times and no response.

Major rip-off — stay away — all the movies are bad — movies like the life of pi — the hobitt are not posted — yet they get to keep to keep the money further-more they are not based in the US — the tactic - need to make an account — your creditcard will not be charged — 5 days for free trial the the hit. $.95 for 15 days — you done#@$%^$#@ up — think a million people fall for this — they just made $1, 000.000 — sweet scam.

I am one of the fools that got fooled by this website and made these ### a few hundred dollars richer.

I called their toll free number, to cancel the membership.
I chose to speak to a representative, the line got disconnected.
I chose to cancel my account, i had to listen to the annoying recording of a robot sounding $#*! announcing that no refunds are processed not for past usage, paid fees, or even for the current billing cycle and that i have access to their films until the end of the cycle.

Have I mentioned I haven't watched a single movie on their website, not even during the trial period? I had to suddenly move to another country for a job oportunity and totally forgot i had signed up. this was at least 6 mths ago.

their charges vary between 36$ and 55$ a month!

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT:
1- It is painful to listen to the recording I know, but BE SURE TO LISTEN TO THE MENU OPTIONS CAREFULLY.
2- they will ask you to enter your CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
3- the $#*! in the recording will repeat the numbers and ask you to confirm by pressing the #.
4- then ask you if you want to cancel, press 1 if yes press 2 if no.
5- when you press 1 she will ask you again are you sure you want to cancel your account? DO NOT PRESS 1! Cuz OPTION 1 is NO this time and 2 is YES.

they will also try to upsell you a promotional offer for 2.99$/months! OMFG STAB ME IN THE HEART! I paid over 300$ without even knowing!

Don't fall for it, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a MAJOR SCAM!

Film lush was a free 5 day trial and I suddenly noticed that they charged me Us $ 39.95. Upon signing for a free trial it wsa very clear that our credit crd number is being requested for validating our identity and there will be absolutely no charges whatsoever. I never used the site after trial period nd got charged. I want them to return my money.

You google a movie, find site saying you can download it, get redirected to another site (flixaddict.com - already reported as a scam on this site) and asked to create a log in id. You are then redirected to www:filmlush.com, and asked to submit credit card info to become a member on a 5 day free trial membership or other paying options.
You'll be able to watch all the movies you want for free! Presumably, one would think, including the one that got you there in the first place. But no...
False advertising - they do not have the movie you wanted.
If you don't cancel after the 5 day trial, they charge $35 a month (which information they include at some obscure part of their site, certainly not accessible from the credit card info request page).
You signed up online (assuming signing up was free, let's not forget!).
Yet if you cancel online, you're charged $1.
You call for an explanation, they act as if they don¡t understand your questions, then offer to cancel your membership.
I have read that this site is reliable but...
How is this not a scam?

Filmlush came up on a search I did for a movie and I signed up for the free 5 day trial. After that, you are automatically signed up for their premium membership at $49.95/month. Turns out they didn't have the movie I was looking for (or any other movies/shows i would be interested in). I forgot to cancel it and when I got charged again today I called to cancel, I requested a refund for this month only because i've never actually used the site - they refused and were incredibly rude. DO NOT sign up!
