On 20th march 2007 at around 3:48:25am your concerned authority activated a FILM package in against my mobile numbering:9748913037 and charged RS.30 without my consent on the same.Thereafter i repeatedly called up your customer care for my relief on the same issue but all my tries went into vain as your customer care executive couldnot provide me a satisfactory answer as against this wrongful charges.This is to bring to your kind notice that the package was not activated my be which you can clarify through your system provided to you.

Therefore i would like to request you to kindly take cognizance into this matter as early as possible, to allow me to enjoy the services & benefits of your company otherwise i have no other option to take the path of law as may kindly deem fit & proper.
