Discussed another customer's confidential financial information

Call was routed to manager where I was able to over hear conversation with another customer discussing that customer's confidential information!!!
Called back and the next call was routed to another customer!!! Told the customer NOT to tell me any information because I was not an employee of FIA Card Services!!!
Called back a 3rd time and had to tell the manager to check their call log to find out what happened with my earlier call to let the representative know that they were not placing customers on hold but letting them listen to confidential information about other customers!!!
