OOK...so i order my sample of the acai berry diet pill...no problem i say, website claims if i don't like it ..i can cancel at anytime and i have 15 days to cancel. ahh..but ..here's the catch...it's 15 days from the day YOU order your product...so...after reading a few complaints...and 89.31 dollars in charges some of the complainteee's had written about...i decided to cancel my bank card and get a new one before those morons charged ME...as for the canceling process..there isn't one...you can call the number they give you all day long..but you never get a real person...first you get a busy signal for hours...then if it's after hours you get the recording telling you the hours of operation...and a third try when you call DURING said hours of operation...you get yet another recording that puts you in an endless loop of "we'll be right with you " ...i'm just glad i got a new card in the nick of time...*whew*
